In the shadow of the horrific events in Gaza and the painful times the Palestinians are going through these days, It's pretty inappropriate to hold New Year celebration bashes, don't you think so?
Well, New Year's Eve parties in Egypt and Jordan have been canceled!
As for the schedules of stars like Kathem Al Saher, well, he was planning on holding concerts in Bahrain, but has canceled them all in support of the people of Gaza.
Jordanian singers Toni Qattan and Samira Al Asali have also canceled their plans and concerts.
New Year's Eve Parties Canceled in Egypt, Jordan and Turkey!
What's surprising is that the planned New Year celebrations in the popular Takasim square in Istanbul, have been also canceled in support of the people of Gaza and in respect to the fallen souls of the Palestinians!
What's even more surprising is that the parties in Lebanon, Syria and the UAE have not been canceled yet!

that's wrong.
I'm egyptian and I know.
Mohamed hamaki and even assi elhilany and nicole saba have concerts in egypt, that haven't been canceled.
Thank you for sharing this information Nour.
I read on a website this morning that the UAE has also cancelled their own concerts.
But others like those of Amr Diab are unknown if they will take place. Diab, who wanted to cancel the concert, is planning on sending all the money made from the concert on to help the people of Gaza. He also has some songs which he will sing in support of Gaza. But again, Rotana should have cancelled his concert. All they care about his getting $$$$$$$.
I had sent you guys a very similar article this morning. Seems you beat me to it. :)
Also, Asala was set to appear on Al Qahira Al Youm on New Years Eve, but she has also decided not to attend. Latifa also cancelled all her concerts for New Years Eve.
As I write, Dubai ruler has cancelled officially all New Year celebrations. Bahrain has followed and so has Egypt and Jordan as I hear. While Abu Dhabi thinks its so cool to have Shakira rock a concert.
i don't think people in Gaza will appreciate the money coming to them from these parties , as a matter of fact i wonder how the artist can celebrate and sing after seeing the massacre of the people in Gaza, salute to all artists who cancelled their parties mentioned here or not.,
thats true in Jordan we canceled all the concerts and we will not celebrate this night .
