The third prime of The Manager on Rotana was very interesting to watch!
The guest of honor was Marwan Khouri, who performed many of his ever-so-beautiful songs throughout the night. Might i add that I've never heard a song by Marwan that i didn't like!
This week, the manager's mission is to plan, record and launch Ilian's debut song to coincide with the celebrations of the New Year.
Each manager will present Ilian with a different song and in a different vision.

Tareq's vision is very girly and cute with the butterfly fairies hanging down from the top of the theater! The song is very simple in its lyrics and easily reaches the hearts of the listeners.

Azza's vision was very different! A Bedouin/Arabic theme!
The song is more festive and appropriate for New Year's eve!
But what's the use of the Bedouin entry? It's kinda' odd!

Bandar's vision : A perfect vision for New Year's eve, set at a New Years bash with balloons and confetti and all the works!
The song is in the Khaliji dialect.

Ibrahim's vision was blurry! Unfortunately, the countdown left us with nothing big!
The two kids were not essential for the tableau and the song was very ordinary!
It didn't serve to bring out the talent in Ilian!

Marwan Khouri and Ilian sang a duet together; Ya Rab, to end the third prime.

As for the results, the audience voting was mostly for Bandar and that puts him in the circle of safety!
Ilian gives her trust to Azza and her team.
As for the judges, Simone votes for Tareq and so do Marwan Khouri and Tony Samaan!
Thus, it is Ibrahim that has to let go of some one in his team!
Ibrahim gives the boot to Habib! Hard luck man!
