We have all heard or seen George W Bush get a shoe logged at him by an Iraqi journalist and many have celebrated this momentous occurrence in their own way. Singer Shaban Abdel Reheem and songwriter Islam Khaleel decided that the best way to mark this happening was through a new song which Khaleel wrote as soon as he saw the shoe-logging on TV!

Khaleel described the feeling he has when he saw Bush getting hit by a shoe as the best feeling he has ever felt and claims he wishes he could be present in Iraq so that he too could toss a shoe or two! The song is powerful and contains some very harsh and brave words but Khaleel claims he does not fear the repercussions!

If anything all this is a symbol that Bush’s days are over and the Arab world just want to have him feel the same way we have felt for years.
