This is our 5th year celebrating Eid Adha with you guys and it has been a very beautiful 5 years.
We'd like to wish all Muslims around the world a joyous Eid, and we extend our wishes to everyone else who isn't celebrating the Eid today, we also wish you a wonderful day and may all your coming days be happily festive!
It's also nice to remember that Christmas is only a couple of weeks away and the New Year 2009 is very near!
May peace prevail on the face of this earth and may all unfortunate people find hope and a helping hand that will end their torment.

this is a muslim holiday. It is called Eid el Adha. "Eid al-Adha or Feast of Sacrifice is the most important feast of the Muslim calendar. It concludes the Pilgrimmage to Mecca. Eid al-Adha lasts for three days and commemorates Ibraham's (Abraham) willingness to obey God by sacrificing his son" (this is a definition from the web)
It is a very important muslim holiday similar to the importance of christmas for christians... it involves a morning prayer and visiting friends and family as well as a lot of good food (lamb) and sometimes exchange of presents.....
