After controversy last year with the character of Abu Issam which is played by Abbas Al Nouri being removed in the third season of Bab El Hara, we were all unsure if the series would survive; Abu Issam was such an integral character and had such a strong fan base that we could all imagine the show disappearing. But it seems to me that Bab El Hara 3 is better than ever! The show is more than just about the characters; it is part of Syrian history!
Viewers all over the world are still tuning in to MBC to watch Bab El Hara but that doesn’t mean that they are not missing Abu Issam! People feel like they are part of the show and in a village in Jordan after the episode that showed the engagement of two of the characters they shot celebratory gunshots and celebrated the event.
Regardless of people that come and go on Bab El Hara, it will still be a highly successful show that will probably be watched by generations to come.

Bab El Hara is such a great show that deserves being watched! It shows our culture, eithics, manners, religion, honor,. & many other things! It teaches us many lessons & entertains us at the same time, it'll ofcourse be successful & surely will be watched by the next generations!!!
bab al hara 3 is boring to death. There is no story or plot, just daily hapenings mostly between women and men acting like women! It is soooooooo not interesting. A total failure. Ahl AlRaya and Al Hoot are much better shows.
Aby Issam would have made it more interesting. However, I see no story other than Issam and his wifes leaving and their mothers fighting. And the Baleela guy causing trouble that is not up to standard. Really this year's bab al hara is a total failure!
I'm always watching Bab AL Hara, and I like it. I don't know if i can say if its better that the other years. But something is missing, not just Abu Issam. But how Ahbal sad, there is no plot.. it is like a series with a daily new stories.. id dont know, it seems that with the time, it becomes better and better....

i wish they would hav kept him. he had a sense of humor and yet still was vey powerful. i lov bab al hara and still watch. and of course its a perfect serie for ramadan:)
