When Hanan Turk decided to wear the hijab, we all thought her life was over, professionally and personally. However, a recent interview with Lamees El Hadeedy on the show ‘El Ekhteyar El Saab’ seemed to indicate otherwise. For starters Hanan wants to learn Persian so she can start acting in Iranian movies and claims that she is awaiting the right movie that she feels will benefit society so she can make a comeback to the cinematic world.

Undoubtedly everyone heard about the rumour that Hanan’s husband left her because of a dog that he was raising and finally Hanan has put an end to it. Apparently the reason behind her divorce was that her husband wasn’t happy not with the hijab but with the actions that followed the choice to wear it. But Hanan made sure to clarify that if they come to an agreement there is still a chance they could get back together!

So the good news is, she isn’t gone and we could see her on the big screen at some point and who knows, maybe she and her husband will rebuild their once happy home!
