I think he is one of tash ma tash actors, the fat one who wear glasses! these 2 are the only khaliji comedians i know :)
No Cupcake, this is Nasser Qasabi. Fahad Hayyan is the fat one with glasses but he lost some weight in the last years :)
I would say its the famous kuwaiti actor abd Hussein Abd el Redha, But im not sure tho
