Perhaps more famous than the students of Star Academy 5 are the relationships that blossomed during the stay of the students in the academy. And perhaps the most controversial relationship was that between Saad and Diaa. Everyone was interested to find out what was going to happen to these two when they left the academy. Would they get engaged like Asmaa and Adnan? Well Saad has spoken out and said that although they were comfortable together there is nothing more than friendship between them.
Saad and Diaa: It’s Over
He says that they still speak but now each of them has their own career and that they will see each other when the entire group gets together. I’m not surprised to be honest because it seemed to me the whole time that Saad was leading Diaa on. When you are ‘comfortable’ with someone you do not act the way Saad did with Diaa! But I’m also glad that they have finally ended things because both are very talented and cannot afford to be distracted.

Well said Karim! They were a cute couple but I think i's nice that they ended up their relation in a mature and friendly way. They are both gorgeous and very talented... but still too young to get already entangled in a serious relationship. They should concentrate on their career for now and work hard until they find their style and establish themselves in the music business. Then, there will be plenty of time for serious relationships... and plenty of opportunities to meet the right companion :)

I don't think Diae is worried about getting married right now, especially to conservative guys who might think that dating a guy is "acting like a europeean" and not appropriate for an Arab girl, LOL! Luckily not everyone in the Arab world thinks like you. You are smothering your life with your own thoughts and actions. Wake up, get out of you mental jail, breath the fresh and sweet breeze of freedom. LIVE your life and have some fun before one of your conservative guys snatches you and turns you into a fat bundled up mama with 6 kids hanging to her. For your information Diae was greeted like a queen when she came back and until today she is still enjoying and enormous popularity and love in our beautiful, loving and open minded country.
One last thing... Despite all the appearances it is Diae who convinced Saad that they are way too young and that they live far too appart to get into a serious realtionship right now... Believe it or not... but who cares :) :) :)
Yes saad said that but he also said on jaras tv with nataly that iam a human being and i had the right to live my life without sharing it with anybody especialy on tv .

WOW! Poor Diaa, he led her on... She should of stuck to her prime decision earlier on star academy and kept space between them two. But he went and made it all like he's sad that they don't talk anymore. I can't believe Saad did that to poor Diaa. She thought there was something between them, but no he was just bored. Seriously, why would anybody ever go out with Saad after this? He practically cheats on his girlfriend, then lies to another girl. Saad has a beautiful voice, mean heart. As for Diaa, hanaa don't say that about her. She wasn't having sex with him. They just hung out a lot. Girls usually follow their heart, and her heart led her towards Saad. But too bad Saad was playing 2 girls. I wish Diaa all the best in her singing career, and her love life. Diaa you do not need a man like this. Saad badly represent Lebanese guys. So I can't wait for Diaa's single to come out. I am waiting for it. As for Saad, I wish you all the best and I can't wait for your single too! it was saad who said that it was his decision to only be friends...it was obvious throughout the whole season that he never liked her and that he only used her for votes...he talked about najaat the whole entire time ... she was stupid for not noticing that
No that was her,and it was so obvious,cuz when Adnan told him eno everybody know what you said about Dia he kept asking if she saw the scene and apologized 100 times,freaking out..She said that wayy before him in several ITW and on Hit Radio..And she clearly gave him a hard time in backstage in the final prime..He basicaly begged her in Gaby's class he wanted to became closer to her like before,his mom call..The whole story began 1 month before their enter the academy. He sweared on the Koran wa 7iet 5ayo lesghir that he wants her and love her and that he's trying to speak as much as possible about Najat to hide what is going on between them ,the vid is still here..Anyway he's the looser cuz he lost Dia and Najat.Once again I loved her reaction during the prime..

I don't think we watched the same show, dear, LOL.
Even Star Ac did two segments on this exact subject that were included in various dailies and in "reportages' on Diae and on Saad during two or trhee primes. The problem is that Saad's plans to keep his former girl friend while he was falling for Diae blew in his face: he lost both of them AND the title. It's called Karma! You can't keep fooling everybody all the time and that's unfortunately what he tried to do, but of course thes kind of tricks only work for a short period of time. It's TOO bad because I really liked him and wanted him to win the title... he just needed to be a little more honest. I hope he learned a lesson this time and I wish good luck to all his future girl friends ha, ha, ha!

well there was no love between them at all specially from Saad side cuz he told Mema before she go out of the academy that this is Najat number call her and told her every thing happend here is just acting and I still love her , but the strange thing that when the ppl ask Saad on the SMS night do u love Diaa he couldn't talk and after a while of silance he said yes I love her !!!!

to marokina u r absolotly right he really played at both of them and wanted to just have fun with Diaa while he still in love with his girlfriend !!!!
