Many have claimed that Egyptian Cinema is deteriorating and that the best way of returning the quality it one possessed is to go back to the ‘golden days’ and use the great stars of the day as a muse. And what better way to honor the amazing stars of the past than to produce a series documenting their lives? One of these stars being honored in this manner is Ismail Yasin in a series named ‘Abou Dehka Ginan’. For those who are unfamiliar with this great name, Ismail Yasin was one of the best comedians of all time

Till this day he brings laughter to homes all over the world, his work is still appreciated and I believe it will be for years to come. The series will be star studded and although they still haven’t found who will be playing Ismail Yasin, many stars will make guest appearances to play celebrities who had been part of Ismail Yasin’s career. But will this series do such a great star justice?
