During the last weeks of Star Academy 5, Adnan was back with the guys in the academy and he proposed to Asma on TV!
Well, it was no joke and it seems those two lovebirds have officially gotten engaged!
News from Adnan's official website state that they are indeed engaged, so it's no rumor!

you are right, saad and dia will never get anything official coz honestly saad never cared about dia he faked everything to get votes. and honestly too (i know it will upset you) dia also never cared about saad. she was engaged to somone for 4 years and didn't love him (that's what she said on tv) its not true that she loved saad in only 4 months.
I am very happy for Asma and Adnane... if this news is true, because A LOT of rumors are spread on the so called "official" websites.
I hope that their engagement will get people of their backs and that they take time to know each other in the real world before they take a more serious and final step. I really hope they take time because they are way too young for a lifetime committement, but if getting engaged is the only acceptable way for a girl to date a guy in HEAVILY conservative our countries, I say go for it Asma and Adnan and GOOD LUCK!
As for Diae and Saad, things were more complicated because they had other engagements prior to Star Ac and Saad seemed most of the time rather confused about what direction he wanted to take. Lucky for Diae they were on a 24/24 channel and that she was able to find out all about his mixed feelings right after she left the little bubble they were living in. Unfortunately many selfish guys take pride in seducing as many girls as they can but generally they end up being the big loosers because they get caught in their own little game. Saad was a very sweet and charming young man but he didn't always have a gentleman's attitude. Diae deserve a more mature guy, modern and open mind guy. In the end I think they are both better off beeing appart from each other. Hopefully they can stay just good friends. After all they did have a nice chemistry beside their "love" story.
