I’ve recently started watching ‘The Moment of Truth’ on MBC4 and was extremely disturbed at some of the events of the show. Every time the show ruins a marriage or rubs salt in the wounds of a dysfunctional family and it really does disgust me what people are willing to do for money. On one of the episode a woman admitted that she though her ex-boyfriend was the man she thinks she should be married to whilst her husband watched and then encouraged her to go on with the game.
Obviously the producers only use questions they know will create chaos, not caring about the lives they will be ruining. What is even more worrying is that an Arabic version is apparently in the making.
I really think that a show like this is unsuitable for an Arab audience and all production of the Arabic version should seize immediately.

I absolutly agree with you Karim. It is disturbing enough while it is only in the west. Gosh I hope they'll never go on with an arabic version. We need to preserve what's left of our arabic culture and traditions.
But see if they make an arabic one i dont think they will ask the same question?
I admit it too! I've started weatchin it lately & it's really disturbing how ppl get embarrased for money only I mean what the heck! & they ask like "3ayb" questions, if Arabs are doin one like it they should sdeize it cuz it has questions that are opposite our religion & "a5la2"... I was shocked by the questions, & the person shouldnt mistake or the idk what it is will catch him that's really em,barrasing!
