If you're fans of the Syrian actor Tayem Hassan, like we at WALEG are, then you'll be happy to know that MBC1 is running a new Syrian TV series called 'Al Intithar' -The Waiting- starring Tayem Hassan and a bunch of other famous actors.
The series is about a group of people living in a random neighborhood in Damascus.
They've all got their lives and problems. As for Aboud, played by Tayem, he's a strange guy, a good one in his own way. He looks out for the youngsters in the neighborhood and does everything out of good intention.
He bumps into gangsters most of the time and is bound to deal with them when trying to help his fellow neighbors.

Al Intithar also showcases the stories of other people and how their life has been rendered chaotic and totally disorganized.
Some of the actors participating in this social drama are Bassam Kousa, Yara Sabri, Omar Hejjo, Ayman Ridha, Sulaf Meamar and Taj Haydar.

If you'd like to tune in to this interesting series, it runs Saturday through Wednesday on MBC1 at 4.00 pm GMT.
