Today i am sad and happy at the sametime that amal has left. i am happy coz amal was treated unfairly and almost seemed forgotten, in the academy. roula saad choose to make mirhan shine more and encourage her although the only best thing she is good at is acting. amal had everything her voice wasn't as gr8 as shahinaz, bt was 2nd or 3rd best and defiantly better then mirhan. gr8 performer, good acter in gabi's lesson bt was never able to show it coz she doesn't get the support that mirhan gets. if u released wat they say about mirhan now was the first things they used to say about amal b at the begging of the prog and they trying now to make mirhan wear amal’s personality on the stage.

"Should Rula Saad leave the StarAc ?"
The Madame had certainly done for the show all she could, in the beginning, and, as in the last years the direction of the StarAc is going astray, it would be inevitable to conclude that for the survival of the show, and the good of the LBC, her departure is desirable. The reasons for such a conclusion, just to name a few prominent, are the following:
---- The show is getting saturated with the non-Arabic junk. Why is the Arabic show having so many Anglo-Saxon songs? Is It because it has to accommodate every season an increasing number of students who cannot sing in Arabic? Or, maybe the Madame is expecting to sell the show in the west (what would be a nonsense)? It is not true what Wadi3 says that the show is about the music and the language does not matter; if it does not, why Dia did not sing "Marsul el-Hob" in French; or, why they do not sing "La Vie En Rose" in Arabic? Neither the American nor French similar shows have so many foreign guests and so much singing in foreign languages - and in the west they call Arab countries conservative and insular!?
A step further in pushing this prejudice about the internationalism and the "modernity" is that some students sing in an "old" style, and, hence, are not interesting performers, like Saad. If he is criticized as making every his song sound like Abdel Halim Hafez, how come in the western StarAc shows they still sing songs as Édith Piaf or E. Presley did it - and are proud of it? Is Carole Samaha or Masari "styles" the only ones that should appear in the StarAc?
---- The basic assumption all students are treated equally is losing the credibility. There are numerous examples of how the treatment of students over the years have been biased; but this year is showing the culmination of the trend. To mention just some most egregious examples. The previous prime Moha was ready to sing and right before it there was the reportage on him showing the guy in the most unfavorable light - right before his performance! The natural question of those who watch only primes was: is he really so bad character (and besides his singing should we care about it), and why it was shown just before his song - to throw him off the balance? Then, why Diaa has been nominated 4 times and Mirhan only once: is Diaa so much worse than the other one? In today's prime top-4: Mirhan better than Shahi? Moha absent from the list? Why is Wadi3 saying Shahinaz is not progressing and nothing about Nader? Wadi3 is possibly a gay, but it should not preclude his objectivity as a "professor."And so on, and on ...
---- The absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Madame apparently enjoys the absolute power as the Managing Director of the show. But, she has got carried away over the years and now behaves as an absolute Middle-Eastern monarch. Her presence in the primes has increased quite a lot. If she were able to sing - in any measure - we could have seen her on the stage with Mme Mary, and who knows how many more times afterwords. She enjoys the spotlight, and, cannot be said is not narcissistic. Interesting that another Rula Saad, a singer, caries the same first name and not only that: even after the cosmetic surgeries still has the same face shape and features of the StarAc director (unfortunately, the jaw cannot be replaced as yet; the young lady can be seen on the youtube, with Sabah).
Rula Saad's handling of the money matters is good, but there are other people in the LBC who are equally efficient in the area. She is "only human" and often her approach is too personal towards some students, what should not happen in an "Academy." Luckily for her, the money interests she has are even stronger and do not interfere with the personal bias she has for students: when it comes to that point, she is just exploiting them - "for the benefit of the show."
Conclusion:
Rula Saad has exhausted all her ideas and taken them to the limits; the show needs a new approach, a reconsideration of it's basics, and -- the new management, the new Managing Director. It is time for the Madame to retire from the show! This is the only way the LBC can save the show from the further quality deterioration and eventual disappearance. At the end of the season --
we call on Rula Saad to resign!
OMG it was so obvious I couldn’t continue watching the prime coz I know that amal was going out, when they brought her sister. It was predictable that amal was going and diaa & zaher was coming bk her is the reasons.
1. amal’s sister coming during her being in nominee is not good sign
2. Reportage about diaa, the beautiful grl and whether she is ganna make to the finals or not
3. when madam roula was announcing the friend of the week I thought she was ganna give it to zaher coz she was looking at him, then she said nader. And well, well he chose zaher with confidant that he was coming bk.
wallah at that point I went and only come bk to see for my self my predication and they were 100% correct. Wallah amal deserve all the best she was a very specially character I personally admire her and good luck and I agree with maryam she is better off out that place

I agree with u, i said the same thing a month ago. It is just like what happened last year. She kept on showing shada on the dailies continuously creating this little incedents, at the end of the day who does the audiences remember, the person who sings well and who kept on coming on the dailies, besides that they will feel like there has been injustice and will be pulled towards that person. and winners don’t win many things in the academy., Saad is just sweating for nothing.
The prime was boring as usual. If I want English singing I can watch American Idol, it's at least GOOD!! I canot believe Zahe s staying!! He's kicked out a lot of people who are better than he is. I am now sure that this whole show is nothing but lies... and manipulations.
1st- Saad again wins top 5 for the 100th time now... this guy is favoured way too much, and his voice is not even that unique its just plain, yes nice, but plain nothing new or special. but its obvious madam Rola wants him to win.
2nd- since Saad and Diaa had kind of a love story going own, the last thing they want to do is loose Diaa... but people please! her voice... its nice okay.. but she dosent know any arabic! nottthing! why the heck is she on an arab starac? why didnt she join the magreb starac or the france or something? To be part of star academy Arab means u have to sing in ARABIC! Same goes with Nader (even tho his voice is soo heavenly) he dosent know araaaaabiiic ya naaasss!
3ed- Amal B had a very unique voice! Even though it was bad at times... her voice tho was very strong and powerful... right now Rula has just lost a HUGE part of starac, and Amal B will go far with her strong and powerful voice.
4th- Um... how did mirihan not get nominated for this long? Her voice iss terrible, its another haifa i swear! she is too daloo3a and too spolied i mean look at the way she acts towards the guys... its too much!
This Show, at first it was good.... but year by year it gets worse... and now its completly fake. Sucks.

FOR THOSE WHO ASK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN NADER & MIRHAN I saw it all & from the very start, Nadr & Mohamed was setting in the passage to the theater with shahinaz & when mirhan was passing they called her & start to say how much they both admire her "and ofcourse then when Shahinaz left as she terribly jelous of Mima" then thy asked her if a certain one is more dear to her heart, and she told them that she loves them all. Nader asked her if she would marry a singer and she said yes, the he asked if that one must sing arabic and she said no it's not a condition, the Nader asked if she must marry an Egyptian or could she marry some one from other nationality like Tunisian, she said if she loves him she don't care what's his nationality is. Nader kept in persuading her to say what kind of love she feels for each one and she refused to answer and then she left to the living room and they followed her and asked her about the describtions of her future husband and as she so beautiful she must set a castting for the suitors, she laughed as she thought they r joking and told them that he must be tall at least 180 cm., Nader says that he's 179 & she says it's ok she could look over it, & he must has a black hair or maybe brown & it should be thick and soft hair Nade was so happy with it & starts to show off on Mohammad, then when they asked if they have a chance to marry her and said no "0". after that Nadr took Mima aside and told her that part of the daillies, but hey didn't show the whole of it, Nader told mirhan that his feelings changed towards Manal and that he felt a little bet away from her even before the academy and if he left the academy & found out that she doesn't want him anymore he wouldn't care. she adviced him not to rush and must think it through & wait tell he gets out because maybe he feels this way because they didn't see each other for along time. but Nader tells her that he has feelings for her but she tells him that this could change when they r out and maybe he will realise that it's a real love if couldn't live without her for a 1 day, but he must wait until he makes up his mind. when they r up to prepaire to sleep he told her about what Shahinaz & Diaa says to him about her and she tells him that she knows & what really upsetting her is that Shahinaz was the one who made it clear from the beggenning that she likes Nader and everyone knows it, Abdullah was standing with them then and he approves and says that it's true, Nader says that he knows that. Mima told him that what made her really sad is that he left them a chance to do so. and she could reply back on them but she didn't want to make a big deal out of it. then she asked him about some photos he gave Shahinaz and he denies it and says that he has no idea that Shainaz has photos of him she asures him that she saw them with her. Nader was really shoked and asked if it was the photo of him wearing a cap but she says No it's some of the photos his parents brought with them in the academy. he tells her that her knows that Shahinaz has a crush on him and everyone konws it. he also told her that talked about that with the guys while they were sleeping at night "and it was abvious that Mohammad, Zahir, Abdullah and Saad are helping him to get to talk to her and to express his feeling as when went down in the jim with her Shahinz followed them but Abdullah and Mohammed and Zahir went down get her, and also when they got up they found that all the boys are waitting to see what happened" anyway, after that when Mima told him to try to understand Manal and to wait till he meets her to make it up with her of to face her in the phone as he told her that this whole thing confuses him from working hard in the academy. then he tries to make her confess if she feels the same as he is, but she refuses and tells him that she doesn't want any problems or more issues from those who speaks behind her back. and he tells her that he's not afraid of any one and he knows exactly what he's doing. and ofcourse he tells her that Manal is his second choise. that was more or less what happen in the whole evenning. if u have any ques. just ask.
i want to talk about amal , coz her case tells everything about the 'academy' < heaven forbid!
amal's problem is her revealed maturity ! (when she's disgusted , she just can't hide it ! )
she couldn't hide her incredulousness coz she wasn't convinced of anything that was going on around her . her bahavior was saying : " well hell ! almost everything here is childish,fake and silly ! i'll try to follow a little bit ..oh damn i can't ! "
alas amal you can't think that why "loudly" if you want to go far in the competition .
rola hates candidates who show maturity and resistance to an imperatively complete adherence to her old fashioned plots.
first of all amal seemed too wise for everything that could happen in the academy ( their laughing , their crying , their discussions, their fights, their love stories, the top 5 .. u know everything is obviously fake but the good elements are the ones who manage to keep things on)
the romantic plot involving amal and zaher didnt work . zaher had tried to create something ( remember at the beginning when he told diaa and mirhan that he loves amal and wants to tell her about his feelings ) but amal was always making it clear that their relashionship was only friendly, saying all the time i love you like my brother, my son lol anything but a lover!
amal is an excellent swimmer , a professional one even , but she really didnt want to swim, she resisted the pressure for 2 months and finally did it only twice and briefly .
and she was obviously forced to do so and yeah, with another mistake here , the first time she swam, she told her friends" i will do it now alone to get rid of cevag" well that wasn't clever too.
and finally, the girl used to say things that were actually enough to send her to hell ( from rola's perspective): saying things like :
-(giving advice to her friends) 'dont show weakness when you talk to rola, you must be firm!!'
( come on girl are you insane ? )
-or 'everyone is acting , i get it , everyone has a role and a plot ' she said that to imane.
( well that's exactly what you should never say when you're in star academy !)
-answering an sms : ' zaher is like a brother to me, but yeah, take it as if we're more than friends" lol i can't translate what she said exactly but it was too funny, she almost said hey guys we're just acting coz they're telling us to do so!

- in the first weeks, when they wanted her to join what they call a party, she answered ' leave me alone i'm fed up, believe me i'm not good at that kind of madness" i was surprised when i heared her saying this and i was pretty sure she wasnt going far.
and the best one, i dont know if you had noticed that, after her first nomination she said after her return: you will see a different amal,i will never sleep early again, i will be playing all the time, i understand everything now'
isn't it weird? they generally say i will work harder or something like that ! but amal always say things as they are! she was meaning : aha! so you're not happy when you see me working seriously ! i get it! i won't waste my efforts again .

- Firstly its sad to see amal leave, but havent we been witnessing these unfair eliminations for 5 years now? So its no surprise...
- The standout this prime was clearly SAAD...He sang amazingly in the Mwal...One word to describe it ---> WOW!!! He is a true star. He sang well on the piano aswell. Congrats for top1. I personally think Mohammad wasnt in it because of last weeks complaining and him dissing the TOP2 and underestimating its positions. Therefore the teachers thought that if they put him in the top4, he would not accept any position other than top1, which is sad really.
- Shahinaz singing ASALA's song was also good
- Fares Karam rocked!!!! But Mohammad hardly sang anything with him.
- ADBULLAH STUFFED WAELS SONG'BYHEN'!!!!! Mohammad would have sang it better, much better...I wish they gave it to him!

Can i just say what is goin on. i was reading some of the comments like i usaully do week to week after the dailies and/or primes and honestly i think this i pretty ridiculous. i completely understand that everyone has the right to state his or her oppinion but some people need to seriously need to "check" thereselfs. hello people need to wake up and realize that this is a freakin show. no matter what happens we dont know for sure what is really goin on. whether one wins or loses ones need to understand that this is how the game is played. in a show such as that of star academy there can only be one winnner. there will obviously be some haters who have to state their opinions about what they ____think____ and again i say THINK is goin on. the students will obiviosly be eleminated one by one until the finals. i 100% understand that sometimes the results are not to everyones like but c'mon welcome to the real world. not everything that happens in life will be positve. there will be some bumps on the road but you have to deal with them. getting back to the subject of star academy, we cant really begin to judge them we have NO RIGHT, however we do have the right to form opinons: some being way to rude while some that are just great. as im writing this im really not trying to piss anyone off im simply stating that people need to calm down and literally wake up from this dream. we have no right to pass judgement on others whom we have never met. for all we know the students in SA5 can be the nicest people in the world. though this may be unlkely we dont relally know for sure. we have not lived with them nor have we met them. as for madame rola people need to lay of her back. again she is not perfect just like you and me. she is simply a business women trying to make the best of her business by creating a show that most people find interesting and sometimes controvrsial. if it was not for her and her crew most of us would not be on this cite commenting on every aspect of these sudents life nontheless on the perormances votes etc.. face the truth without madame rola and the team she works with to produce a show that we end up talking about in the long run half or should i say most of us i myself included would not be writing these worthless blogs to get points aross. i say again in hope of people realizing where i come from there are enough problems and stress in peoples lives already. there are worse problems going on in the world that need to be faced dont start more controversy about situations that in the long run dont initially affect us. one choses to watch programs such as these. they are provided for entertainment and should only be used for that purpose. dont make a big deal out of something not worth your time. watch the show and enjoy it. state your opinions and speak your mind but remember at the same time that though you may not agree with what is occuring other people in the world may have a positive outlook on it so chose your words carefully. there is no need to insult and exagerate situations that are simply provided to entertain.

First of all,
Moe sang great today as usual!!!!!!!!!!!!
Secondly, I asked my husband as we were away on vacation to watch the prome with me and tell me his honest opinion about each of the voices, he doesn't know who I like and cares less about staracademy, he knows real music and I trust his judgement.
Moe's voice he said has feelings and he thought he was the best voice out of all, secretly I tried to hide my happiness.
Also he said Shahinaz had the best voice of the girls and I even told him that I thought she always sings even better than she did tonight.
He liked Nader next, I also agree without showing him who I like.
Amal and Mirhan and Dia he said were so-so
Saad he said ma bejeeb ill song the way it's supposed to be song, he said he doesn't have the oomph, he said he was just ok not more
Abdullah he didn't like in the song at all, and my husband doen't know the song.
Zaher he thought sings like me, off key and believe me I don't sing any better.
He didn't ask what country they are from because he only gave me his opinion on tonights show and doesn't care what country they are from.
I think the reason Saad was given the 3 year scolarship is because they think it will take 3 years for him to be on the same level as Moe or Abdullah or Shahinaz, maybe they think with the proper training he will make it.
I think Moe deserves top 1 but It doesn't bother me a lot because I know for a fact that whether he wins the laqab or not important people are waiting for him.
Also when Mr. Fouad said about Zaher, I think he meant Zaher knows how to play the game and what to say and when to say it, but that doesn't mean he deserves to stay because of it, and I think he will leave next week because of it.
