Star Academy star Ahmad al Sharif Kicked off the 11th prime of LBC Star Academy 5 with his popular song 'Baddi Teer'. Mohammad sang the song with him and they both did great!
It's always great seeing and watching Ahmad perform, because of his charisma on stage and you gotta give it to him, his songs stick in your head!
The first tableau of the night is set in a Lebanese sorta setting and Saad is in the center of this tableau. He sings 'Ya Amar Eddar'.
Abdallah also sings 'Bilmajd Maamarha'.

I don't get how saad can be friend of the week when he was away for 4 days (practically almost all of the week). I guess he was a virtual friend of the week. I did not like the prime that much. The major turn off points for me were, Ahmed and the girl singing their solo’s play back. I hate play back. I don’t like this chris de burge dude too. But the last performance by ahmed al sheriff was great.
Mohammed( he looked cute today) & shahinaz deserved to be on the top 4 list, but if you remember last season , shata wasn’t in top 1 always and i think the winner is from those two, so no worries. I admit i felt physical pain when i see abdella’s name on top one.
Friends of the week i agree it is a little bit weird that saad got to be one with out being present in the academy, but isn’t it the students who vote?? and besides when you think about it every body in the academy was kind of , either fighting with each other, gossiping behind persons back, provoking people while they are minding their own business...., it was a terrible week . so it makes sense voting for a person who was not involved in any of those and when he come back who brought joy with him. it is with saad that i saw the students, .. even mohammed laugh this week.

Mohammad was the star of this prime!He sang beautifully as always and will be in top 5 next week, im getting hte feeling that Rola will be recieveing a lot of complaints soon!But people are starting to realise the unfairness going on, even those who hate him and in the end he has a big chance of winning.

Did not I tell you!! The Madam knows to play the game, and, normally, she wants to keep Dia for the tour (Dia will make more money for them than Bader). It will be the most interesting - overall in this season - who she is going to liquidate in the next prime, and how she is going to do it ?! If ever I have been slightly exited, after the first prime, it should be at the next nomination. Who is the least "profitable" student for the tour, and how is he/she going to be eliminated (put against whom)? A nice puzzle and we are going to enjoy it!
The Lady in Red guy was as predictable; I am tempted to say that Zaher was better, and, acctually, gave his life performance. Probably you were hoping to get more from Dia; in the Moroccan tableau, but, in her defense, she was slightly jittery during the whole prime (as she with all of us believes in the myth of the Khaleeji voters ...). Anyway, there were a few bright spots; the best being the duet Shahi and Saad, and Al Sharif with Moha.

Mabrouk la Amal M., I am so happy she stayed and confused as to why Zaher & Mohamed voted for Bader when they are closer to Amal M.! This prime was so nice! I loved when Saad & Shahinaz sang 'Haga Ghariba', it was amazing! Mohamed sang well this prime! Ahmed El Sherif was wonderful! Rowaida El Mahrougi was nice I love her songs! Chris De Burgh's new song with Tina is so nice, I loved it! It was nice to see Tina, I love her voice, she was one fo my favorites last season! The Lebanese medley in the begining was really nice! Diaa didn't sing well today, her voice was not good! She doesn't sing well in Arabic, I think she should have left since all she can sing is English & French! Bader sang well but messed up on the words to 'Wainek' for his nomination song! Overall it was a great prime! Mabrouk once again to Amal M.!!!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Nader CAN sing in arabic. There is definitely a slightly foreign tone to it and he can't do all arabic songs, but the fact is he would make a great international singer, singing a mix or english, french, arabic, rai, whatever works. To those that are worried about his accent in english keep in mind french and italian singers also have an accent in english yet pull off careers. So definitely good job to Nader. Hopefully he will get more arabic.
Qwaider did rather well once again. I am prety confident that the star is between Mohammad and Nader. Abdullah is just as good but a lack of socialization may keep him. Saad or Shahinaz will not win.

Zaher surprisingly did very well tonight with Chris Deburgh. Like, he actually sang well which surprised me.

first of all i am very happy that diaa and amal are bk although i liked badar bt too bad one had to go. i felt to day that something was wrong very wrong i dont know wat it was probably the 71% of voting all to diaa, possibly 40%-60% bt 71% is bt to weird 4 me coz i knw that if badar doesnt get the voting he will be out, or maybe its coz zaher chose badar over amal, or the voting stop not on the usual timeing, or maybe the fake the prime was even live. i say ths coz whn the prime finished after 5minutes i turned on the 24/24 channel and the student were already in the academy usually it takes them 20 to 30minutes to change their clothes and then come into the academy whn they managed to change from their prime outfit and come so quickly into the academy. anywayz i jst felt the prime was wrong howver i enjoyed nadar's performance with ahmed sharif that was the bst to of may favouirte stars.
p.s. i had enough of them giving gifts to mirhan (for wat they treating her like a queen i dont get it) and saad (dont get me wrong i really really like saad, bt not fair to the others) for no reason at all, although ths one was fair coz all of them get to got to the trip

Mimi, someone said that the prime was live in al ardia but not the other channels because of change in spring time in Lebanon. Also the hight % for diaa I think is because the moroccans (I know this because I am moroccan and talked to so many online) were very worried that diaa will be out because bader will get vote and amel the students so for the first moroccans voted like never before because they also felt that the nomination wasn't fair that other people should've been nominated instead of her.
Anyways I really liked the prime I thought all the students did really well. Can't wait to see who's gonna be nominated next :(

, even the one who are good in some sides but not in all sides such as Milhim Zen has good voice but his look is terrible as the same as Mohammad Kuaideer has great voice but his look is not a star look as well as his persoality is not that much elastic and lovely to most of people (despite I love him and love his carizma personally and hope that he will be the winner this year bcoz he is the only one from this season who really deserve to win) ... also shatha 7asson last year has good voice but a very horrible personality ... Sa3aad this season of starac has good look but not attractive enough for a star and good voice but his carizma is not a star carizma despaite his personality is good but not as a star and he has not that much popularity .... etc

I see that he isn't in the top 5 as usual but frankly the prime is nothing without him!!!!!!!!
He is the 1 who shakes the stage with his increadeble voice.
And any1 saw 2day when Abdullah was in Quaiders ear & hiting the drums,how childish,it just shows that Abdullah has no personality.But I loved how Mohamed didn't let him enjoy seeing him angry,he just kept his cool & said I don't care,but a few minutes latter they kept showing reruns so that no1 sees the evil,no personality,annoying Abdullah.
today situation is extremly strange what are they doing ?continusly show reruns...as honey metioned they were bothering mohammad.after taht rerun again for short time live back while wadi coming but mohammad was absent in his class.after 30 min control show him was sittinog by himself in living room & singing.& he got a hug flower from ksa. mohammad is so lovley.

it's funny how the puzzle is indeed! I never understood the nominations(well, some of them I did) this season. Just as I said: the teachers love you one day and hate you the next day! They change opinions like underwear(LOL)! Something that would be better is the next thing: instead of only having Lebanese teachers, they should have teachers from over the whole Arab world. Example: 2 from Levantine, 1 from Egypt, 2 from Maghreb el 3arabi and 2 from the Khalij. It's just a proposal, don't take it seriously, but I think it would be better.
I'm soo happy Dia came back! And with 71%?! I didn't dare to watch when it was time, but it was also encouraging when the audience was calling Dia's name! I thank everyone who voted for Dia!! Morocco, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt! Thank you very much, because I think those countries did their very best to save DIa.
The prime was good! Nader sang great in Arabic, but I don't think he can sing Tarab yet, although they should let him try. My heart was like a wild horse when I saw the Moroccan tableau! That was by far one of the most beautiful tableaus I've ever seen. It really projected the beauty of Morocco: the Arabic culture and some Amazigh(Berber) elements. Dia has a strong voice and sang ok in Mersoul el 7ob; she would make a great Andalussi singer, she has their timbre.

I had to go off-line suddenly; sorry for the delay in my response. The idea to vote for Bader was Zaher's. As Amal-M was going to get enough votes he decided to put to good use the extra votes, for his and Mohamed's benefit. But, is not that rather childish? Both can look only bad by having done it, and cannot win over any Khaleeji support. In the finals almost all the Khaleeji support will go to Abdullah. I am sorry for Moha, because he will not get those votes, neither will in Egypt voters vote for him over Shahinaz; and all Lebanon and partly Syria will vote for Saad; and if he wants to please anyone it should be the voters in Maghreb. All together that action was very hasty and stupid.
As for the next Rola's elimination choice, it might be Amal-M; but, my hunch is it will be Zaher. I do not see anyone else less "useful" for the LBC in the tour. They have plenty of singers in English, who can do it also in some Arabic (Zaher cannot), and generally no one's singing is weaker than Zaher's. Sorry to say this, though he has a certain charm when just talking. If Rola puts Zaher against Amal-M, she will make sure before the next prime that at least one student more - besides Amal-B, Nader and Diaa, who will always vote for A-M - that one more, very likely Shahi, votes for Amal. In this combination Mirhan would be saved by the public vote. But, this season - any other nominees are possible !
