Just two years ago young star Janat went from ‘rising artist’ to an established and well known artist. Her delicate and emotion filled voice touched her audience and made her songs irresistible to any remotely musical ear. And now Janat is planning to serenade her audience once again with her new album which is to be released in the summer of this year. Janat was also honored at the 6th of October University in Egypt as part of the 5th International Cultural Festival.

Janat attended the ceremony and didn’t keep the 40,000 students waiting as she sang to them and with all of their favorite songs including a song titled ‘Omy’ (My Mother). The most astounding thing about this girl is how all the controversy about her and the marriage she apparently was part of didn’t get her down as it would have a lot of more seasoned artists. She is strong, beautiful and talented and I wish her all the best of luck in her future.

i am sure she will shortly be the queen of tarab given her capability , forget all those monkeys with fuzzy voice, artificial noes, artificial cheak[sp?] , artifial eyes brow [ i just hate that new trend of make up when removing your natural eyes brow and penciling an artficial and a flagrant one like a ghost...)
she has everything and naturally, voice, beauty and a presence
