The 9th prime of Star Academy starts off as usual, with the students singing and dancing to the theme song Jeena.
As for Hilda, she looks great in a floral, gypsy style dress.
The guests tonight are Abbas Ibrahim, Waad and Karl Wolf.
Abbas starts off the night with a song that Abdallah shares with him.
The songs tune is familiar, but the lyrics are very nice ... very close to the poems that Mohammad Abdo sings. If any of you know what this song is, please share the name of it with us.
The first tableau looks like a classic painting and at the center of it is Shahinaz.
She sings as the dancers in black suits and golden dresses dance in a ballroom-like stage!
A reportage about the three nominees ushers in the three guys into the stage.
The 1st nominee to sing is Zaher and he does R Kelly's 'I Can Believe I Can Fly'.
The 2nd nominee to sing is Bader and he does Fadel Shaker's 'Betgheeb'.
The 3rd nominee to sing Adnan and he sings Ahmad Al Sharif's song 'Bain Ennas'.
Now it's time for Waad to grace the stage. She sings her song 'Balak Ma3 Meen' with Amal B.
Another tableau, where Saad is in the center of a dark purple world singing 'Sghireh Al Dini'.
Then Mohammad appears and continues where Saad left off.
Karl Wolf then comes to share the stage with Diaa and Nader. they sing his chart topping song 'Africa'.
As for Friend of the week ... this time it's Amal M.!
Her prize different from any other ... her mom appears on stage and what a surprise it is!
AAHH!!
Abbas Ibrahim almost immediately appears on stage and he sings another really nice song. Mohammad sings with him this time.
It's Marcel khalife's song 'Ummi' ... perfect for Mothers Day. The lyrics of this touching song are by Mahmood Darweesh.
Mostafa starts singing, then Abdallah continues. Saad then picks up where they stop.
The students sing to the tunes of the 'Oud.
Then we see a reportage about Mothers.
Each student expresses his/her emotions towards their mothers. Very touching ... sniff sniff ...
Now Waad sings her new song 'Ra3shet Albi' accompanied by Mirhan and Amal M.
At this moment, the voting for the nominees has stopped!
Another tableau inspired by moms and babies!
Shahinaz, Mirhan and Amal B. sings the Egyptian song ‘Aklek Minen Ya Batta’.
Then we watch another reportage about the outing that Mostafa, Mirhan, Nader and Abdallah went on.
I loved the part when Mostafa forgot to lift the hand-break and the car started rolling downwards! :)
Abbas sings again and is accompanied by Adnan and Bader.
I wanted him to sing his song 'Nadet' ... but he didn't!
Karl Wolf sings again ... he does his famous song 'Butterflies' which is very appropriate for Spring. Diaa and Nader sing along. I love that song!
Waad sings the last song of the night 'Mani Le3ba' with Shahinaz.
As for the results ... The audience voting saves Bader with 38.02%
As for the students who'll have to chose between Zaher and Adnan ... they give the major of their votes to Zaher. Hard Luck Adnan!

I think the prime was great. I enjoyed it very much. I do not think the top 5 is not fair ( lets leave it at that) . even though i don’t like Adnan , i am sorry to see him leave...zaher do not deserve to stay..don’t get me wrong , he is a great guy but how many times is gonna messed up his song before he leaves...it was a very simple song. He is the most unreliable candidate that has ever come to the academy, even if he stays as long as his friends vote for him i don’t think he will be in the tour .. the teachers won’t take the chance with him. I think bader is better than him at least he is improving and i am glad he is back.

Yeah, the top 5 wasn't fair, but the top 5 isn't really important anyways. Dia got into the top 5 and then was a nominee the next week, it doesn't mean they're immune from nomination. The top 5 is the same every week, the people just get different numbers.
I am very upset that Adnan left :( Zaher was nominated for the THIRD TIME!! Yet they chose to give him another chance!?!?! Zaher is HORRIBLE he makes me feel uncomfortable when he sings his songs, especially in English. Well Adnan, you can go home or go be with Asma, you don't need these silly people. The prime was ok, not too good because the singers were not a big deal to me like abas ibrahim and wa3ad, and it was not too bad because moe got to sing more than one line finally and he was great, i think its for the first time they gave all the student same amounts of songs between 2&3 unlike the previous weeks when they gave some 4 songs and others 1 line only.
I liked to see the mothers coming on stage but i was hoping to see all the mothers not just 4 of them.
Top 5 was a joke, it was so unfair.
The voting was expected, badr won the people's vote and zaher wins his friends votes because he is more friendly with everybody where adnan was stuck to the group of asma, dia and saad for the longest time so that did not help him or asma at the end, at least know him and asma can see each other since that all they cared about.
I hope to see more of mohamed in the next prime.
I think from watching the prime today that zaher will be a nominee again next week most likely with amal m and badr but it depends on the eval if someone messed up really bad then that might change but zaher will be nominee for sure.

I dont think that you understood faiza's message, she meant that the younger girls (19 year old) when they swim they dont act like marihan when they are in the pool, she is older than them (25 year old) so she should be more mature and does not act that way.
I personally dont think that marihan is a good example of egyptian girls, she likes to act very modern and speaks english alot plus she thinks that she is haifa wahbi look a like becuase of the long dark hair, i dont know if egyptians like her or not right now, but i would really want to know what they think of her, so can people for egypt tell us if marihan is representing your country in a good way or bad, do you people like her? do you think that her outfits (not just the prime clothes) the ones she wears inside the academy are what average girls in egypt wear? Ok Zaher forgot 2 words so what he has the look ,stage presence,and a really sweet voice even Wadi3 last week told Zaher (when nominees met the teachers )he told him that u can sing songs that can fit his voice which mean he can do it but he is still shy coz he is young(20).I believe no matter he sings is really nice coz he got the potentiols of the star and remember AHMAD ALSHERIF they kept saying his voice is weak and he cant pronounce correctly and look where heis ;he is the only star from the academy and the rest dont even exist.I love u Zaher ,I believe in u enough said.

They change the results to get rid of Zaher , the big Voting was for Zaher not Bader ,, this is from inside LBC .
to Natasha ,the letter was from manal and she said that she loves him as well as she misses him very much.also she said that she is sad and suffering because he is away from her but that is not important because he has acheived the most precious goal in his life.
also she said that he suddenly became anew nader not the one she knows.
and she asked him to focus on his studies .
that is what i remembered from the message.

Mays, For Your Information, Amel M did vote for asma on the prime she left. She voted for Zaher yesterday, because he is the closest guy to her in the academy. Why didn't you say anything about Nader who did not vote for either Asma or Adnan.
