I think what happen yesterday was so wrong from the Academy. Diaa, Shahinaz, and Badr are not fat, I don’t see fat hanging on them anywhere they are all beautiful. They need to work out and watch what they eat. They don’t need to starve themselves to be skinny. That is not the way the Professional Dieters do it. You don’t need to exclude them form any thing that you bring to the others whether it is Pizza or Chocolate. Come on we are all-human been, you don’t do that to them in time of pressure. This students don’t go out they miss their family, food, country, friends. Give them a brake.
We love you Diaa we are so proud of you keep up your good work whether in singing or in losing weight you will do it.

I am in Weight Watchers Diet and I lost a lot of weight. I do eat everything I want. I just try to eat small portions and that’s the key to any Diet. I eat French Fries, Hamburger, and Pizza once a week and I am still losing weight. The problem there is SODA, they have to cut the soda because that is the worse think for anybody to drink. All they need to drink is a lot of water. Drinking Soda is like eating cubes of sugar. Or maybe the Academy can bring them Diet Pepsi to start with and then change to water.

There is a lot of food everywhere in the world that is low in calories. They can give them Chocolate, pizza, and cake just like the other students. They can have a piece of cake with light whip cream and fruit in top. They can have a diet Chocolate. Even if they don’t have a diet Chocolate in Lebanon one piece will not make them fat. They can have pizza with light cheese. The key to any Diet is eat small portion food, and don’t skip meals. Drink a lot of water, and exercise that will help you big time. I am so sorry for making it long, I am a diet freak. I wish them all luck. The first day we saw them we like them the way they are. They are all beautiful; they have nice looks, nice figure, and nice voices.

Asmaa we are so proud of you. For a 16 year old I give you credit for everything you did. I wish the academy could sit and give you some advice but to bad. You will be a STAR no matter what happen today. To me for a 16 year old, her voice is much better than a lot of students in the Academy. Amal B will be back for sure 100% sure. If Amal B got the peoples votes than it will be between Asmaa and Zaher. And as Asmaa fan I feel bad because Asmaa may leave. There are only 3 students Diaa, Saad, and Adnan that I think will vote for her, I am not sure about the others. I could be wrong and I hope I am wrong in this. I really think she could do a lot better if some one push her and tell her what she is doing wrong. She does have a great voice we all know it. No Matter what happen today to Amal B, Zaher, and Asmaa I wish them luck they are all STARS in our eyes. I liked them all since day one.
