Star Academy graduate Amani Swissi’s career took off a while ago and it seems to still be soaring high! As part of Rotana’s policy each star produces two music videos for each album they make and so Amani has begun the filming of her second music video for the song ‘Weyn’ with Meerna Khayat and hopefully it will be aired sooner rather than later. Amani’s last video clip ‘Eli Shayef Nafsew’ was extremely successful and so fans are anticipating something exquisite. It is also important to note that Amani is preparing to record her next album!

She is currently going through the process of choosing the songs and the melodies that she would like to take to the recording studios. Whilst Amani is inevitably doing well it is interesting to resurrect the old comparison between her and Hanaa El-Idrissi. Hanaa as you may have read is working in collaboration with Joe Ashqar and whilst her first video clip wasn’t as good as Amani’s, her work with Joe is sure to take her up to a whole new level.
