The entire acting community was saddened to hear of the death of a legendary woman that made her mark: Zizi Mostafa. Zizi, who passed away at 65, began her acting career at 16 has been part of some of the most beautiful works of drama ever. Her most prominent role was in the movie ‘El Bostagy’ with Shokry Sarhan in 1968.

In addition to this she starred in over 20 movies throughout her career and several series including ‘Ragol W Set Setat’ which aired last Ramadan. With the surge of actresses that choose to take the easy way of using their beauty to get to the top it is truly a shame to lose a woman like Zizi Mostafa. The entirety of Egypt will be mourning Zizi Mostafa’s death and her movies will be airing on several local channels in her remembrance. May she rest in peace.
