As for Amaal from Tunisia ... i was surprised with they way she spoke to her mom on the phone! I guess she should have been softer with her mom and tell her directly that she wants her remarks on her performance ... Amaal ... be a good girl and tell your mom what you want ... don't make a big deal out of it!
Ahmad got a call from Kammah! He gave him a bit of advice and reassured him that Egypt is backing him up! Lucky Ahmad!
Diaa was unhappy that she couldn't call her mom, especially that it's her B-day ... But that was her punishment for doing a no-no! Then suddenly, Diaa got a B-day greeting for her mom on the loud speakers in the Academy! That was so cute!
Her mom even advised her to lose those few extra pounds she carrying around! That was funny!
Although it doesn't seem likely, but is there another love story brewing? Say ... between Mirhan and Mostafa? ... Hey! Isn't he too young for her?!?!
George isn't going to be soft with Khaled because he's hurt his leg! so, he puts him in with a team to compete in a game and expects him to be a sport! George came in like a storm and stirred up all the students! The sleepy ones, the winers and the softies!

I think asma and adnan are really cute together but he keeps talking about all the girls he's been with... and saad is so cute and you're right rola he is really nice... and love dia but she needs to stop talking three different languages in one sentence, i get so confused.... I feel bad for Ahmad because i feel that nobody really cares about him that much and he is really sensitive and sweet.
I'm beginning to like Zaher more, he was so funny when he told Mirhan that it's weird that she doesn't want Mustafa cause from the way she acted it seemed that way and if she acted this way for someone she DOESN'T want, then how would she act if she WANTED someone LOL! he's hilarious!
I think Asma is more worried she would get cheated on or treated like any other girl by Adnan, more than what would actually happen if one of them leaves.

I think that Diaa likes Saad but i don't think the feeling's mutual. AND i thought Ahmed did a great thing confronting her about how being a "gang" (Diaa, Asma, Saad & Adnan)is making everybody uncomfortable.
I like Mirhan now, she seems nice, i love her smile it's so genuine.
I liked it when Ahmed called his friend, i've never watched starac 4 so i don't really know him but he sounds fun if he's Ahmed's friend, and it's so cool having your friend be in the same situation as you =P

Mustafa did great, he wanted to do the whole song lol, but the teachers asked him to stop, it was so funny, and he was so cute when they were practicing, he kept forgetting his lines. But he acted well in the evaluation, he didn't forget anything lol...I love him he's so cute!
Oh yeah and Moh the jordanian got pissed off cause i think Zaher, Nader & Amal stole his idea, not sure though, have to wait till tomorrow's daily to find out =}

dima i don't hate him and i think he's sometimes right but his REACTIONS make him look like he's the bad guy. He always responds aggressively. Unfortunately I don't like this group of students. I can't stand Adnan and Asma at all. Diaa has a good voice but she's not an appropriate option for Arab star academy. I also don't like her personality. I used to like Saad. He's serious, classy and talented but when he's with this group, I can't stand him too.
Wow, people need to chill O_o It's just a talent show and all of a sudden it's turning into some type of dating/coupling service. These people are disattached from their family (for some of them its the first time) and are in constant contact with eachother through every daily routine. Of course they are gonna develop some type of attachment to one another, sometimes more with certain ones over others. But that doesnt mean they suddenly fancy each other. I know some of them are obvious about it like Asma and Adnan but we dont have to go coupling the rest lol.
Anyway, I really like the students this year and i'm enjoying the primes far more than the dailies this time. That shows how much their voices are better this year than previous years.
My favourites so far are Nader and Shahinaz. They seem like the only ones taking this seriously and not throwing themselves into the game of couples and gangs. They're just enjoying their times, having fun, and learning. Kudos to them!
Also Abdallah, he's such a sweetheart and has a really nice voice. One of the best in the academy. The performance he did for the control really cracked me up lol
by the way, Dia confuses the hell out of me. I don't understand half of what she says. What was she talking about with Saad? (she has an amazing voice though....in foreign language songs)
Rana if you learn some North African dialect you will be able to understand Dia another thing Dia speaks a good French. She has a good level of French and I lived in France.
For you Jay the group you are criticizing are having a good time and if you open your eyes, you will find that other people in Starac are having affinity more than other.
I know she does, and i admit i have some trouble understanding the dialect of maghreb, tunis, and algeria (north African dialect) but i dont have as much problem when Nader or Amal talk and that's because Dia jumbles like three languages (french, English, arab dialect) when she speaks. And that's what confuses me. If she sticks to one then i would gladly understand.
I have nothing against her, i actually love her voice and she seems pretty cool personality wise. I just don't understand her easily because of the way she talks.

I've seen the evaluation.
I like Nader more and more. I used to like Ahmed alot, but he's not as good as he thinks.
Other students that I like from the evaluation are Dia (she has a great soul voice ala R&B, but I don't think she is fit in this competition), Saad, Moustapha, and Shahinaz (her voice control is wonderful).
The Abdallah, Fawaz, Khaled group is flat. Abdallah is good, though. Khaled looked like he's just out of bed and hasn't bathe for days. He kept scratching his nose. It was disgusting.
