The first prime of the new season of star academy has been delayed to the 25th of this month according to an announcement on LBC TV after it was previously confirmed that it will starts on the 18th.
No reason was given for this new delay, however we predict that the new candidates aren't ready yet, some of them arrived only a few days ago for the preparation...
We hope no more delays will occur.
It has nothing to do with the new candidates. The reason why star academy got delayed is because the channel LBC is having problems. Not only have people been fighting for Lebanon but look to wat length they stooped down to they're fighting over a channel.. How pathetic! Ja3ja3 wants LBC yet some dude doesnt want ja3ja3 having part of LBC. Its ashame to be lebanese really i'm lebanese im giving up my lebanese passport anyone interested?!
Besides dont get too excited because by the looks of it we'll be getting more news saying its been posponded the way they say bout the jalse in electing the new president.. Lol Lebanon was known as heaven on earth i guess now hell is better than Lebanon. I hope these people is siyese could just grow up and get on with their lives and leave us in peace.
no princess it wasnt delayed bcz of that it was delayed because they didnt finish the sit com JIRAN till now (which will be released during the show)and rola wants to finish the sit com first to be totally free for the show which needs a 24 hours continious work
btw it is sad to see you speaking that way although i am egyptian but i love lebanon i m actually dissapointed but u r free!
another final thing also is that the finalists still didnt go to lebanon as mentioned in the news article and they will go before the prime with only one week and they will know who is accepted before the prime with 2 days

Actually, the candidates that will participate on this season are all in Lebanon now for the preparations, the administration of the academy made sure to have extra candidates from some countries in case some of the chosen candidates have any kind of troubles at the very last moment. The finalist are in Lebanon now since last week.

today is jan 10 2008 its been offical for sure 100 percent now star academy 5 will be jan 25 2008 and 9 pm lebannon time, everyone that says there is pictures of candidates its all not true this just in on msn arabic new there will be 19 candidates but they are not known only thing that is know is there in 3 from lebannon, 3 from morroco , 1 saudia arabia, 2 from palestain, 3 from egypt,, 1 from tunis, 1 from jordan,1 from iraq. 2 from UAE, 1from libyia and one from kuwait thpse are the candiadates put there is no names or pictures , c u on friday jan 25
Whatever it is, i hope it's for the best. I just hope i wont be disappointed when it starts, and the end results. That's all i care about... and people, give princess a break.. stop bashing her.
