As the investigation comes along, things get a bit complicated for Miss Puerto Rico, Ingrid Marie Rivera!
On the day of the pageant, she claimed that her dress and make-up were spiked with pepper spray ... thus she was in horrible pain and was suffering from a painful rash!
But authorities investigating those allegations, found no traces of the capsicum in her belongings ... How come?
Miss Puerto Rico is going to answer a bundle of questions now ... because the question marks are on her!
If there was no pepper spray, then why was she in pain and in constant need of icing down her face and body? Could she have been lying?
If it turns out that the whole thing was a false accusation, then who ever filed the complaint will be charged.
