An exciting first prime took place recently for the brand new season of Mission Fashion. For those of you who haven’t seen the show it is basically a fashion school for models and designers all headed by Elie Saab. Every week contestants from both the modeling category and the designing category are nominated and someone goes home! The guest for the first show of the Season was Wael Kfoury and as usual it was an outstanding performance. The designers were asked to show a dress that fit into the category of ‘Black’ and the models were asked to model pieces from Elie’s Pret a porter 2007-2008 line.
Names and Photos of the Models
After stiff competition 4 contestants, two from each category, were sent home and the remaining 20 entered the fashion school where they will compete against each other. Presenting the show is Anabella Hilal, a beautiful girl who was First Runner Up in the Ms Lebanon competition a few years back. One thing that really stood out this prime was the high quality of the reports on each of the contestants. Each report was a work of art and very interesting to watch. I'm Tunisian & I can't stand this Abir as much as you do.
As much as I oved Reem Saidi last year I hate Abir this year.
She is Just vulgar, low class, too much talkative with no respect to others' opinions or feelings (like she did with the Saudi Designer Khaled).
You know, when she starts talking I just switch to another channel because I know that she would not stop soon.
Also, I don't know why she insists to spek in English while her English is simply catastrophic (like she said "I left" when she means I lived - "Give me a liar" instead of a lighter - also "I wased"??? I don't know from where she got this word or verb???
Hope she will live as soon as possible. I don't know even how she was selected?? She is overweight, vulgar & has nothing of an average model not even a good one.

i discovred that every time,in the prime or the evaluation, the dress that wear Amina win!
the first prime, michel was the first (amina was wearing his dress); the same thing for the second prime (amina wear the dress of romeo and then he won at the prime and the evaluation) and also for Ebtissam: in the first prime sleem was the second (i think) because of her, and now joe is the second because of her too.
so these two models are like a JOCKER!
PS: i agree with you Clovis and Nuriya at 100% but just don't interfere the tunisian issu in the middle (on risque de faire plein de prob ici, c'est pas la peine :o)
as for amira, i think she has the potentiel to be a top model to (have to work more).

First of all i am not Tunisian so i want u to think about what i am going to say!
MF is a professional program, the people who chose the candidates know exactly what they want and r very conscious that they need some contraversial personlities to make the program more interesting and to make people speak about it ( whether in a good or a bad way). And i think that's why they chose Abeer. I am not going to defend her, it is the least thing i am interested in, but for sure she is different from the others and that's why she is attacked like this. No body can deny that Models in their normal life r free to do what they want most of the time: there r no cameras around them but something the other models understood and Abeer did not is that they have to change a bit the way they behave in front of cameras! No body is perfect, they all have flaws but the winner is the one who can really hide thes flaws during the period of the program!
One more thing, all the respect for all the respectful people and insulting each other will lead us no where!
The problem is not who is Moroccan or Lebanese or Tunisian or Saudi or whatever, the thing is that the best should win.
It is quite obvious that Ameena is going to be the winner this year and it is fair enough but there r also other good models who deserve to have a good career after the show!
Never judge people according to their dialects and plz do not make comments if u do not know the true meaning of a word, because u may understand it as bad while it has nothing bad (like the tunisian word u mentioned before).
It is quite understandable that u might have ur favourite candidate but plz do not be silly to say that everybody is jealous of him/her! I think that someone who is confident enough in himself and took the decision to go in a reality tv show will not waste his time being jealous from this or that but is going to work hard on himself to become better and able to compete!
Ameena is so far the best for now but she has to continue working on herself otherwise she can be caught up by other girls!

but please, just as you said, they are not perfect nobody is perfect, so we shouldn't say that there's no jealous in the show! come on! even if they are there to work and be more profetionnel, but there is jealous between girl (it's natural) we can't change the human habitude!
as for abir i'm with you that she's spontaniuos but in this show she must be respectful for us (viewers), not talking bad, and don't exhib like she do, SHE MUST DO her best to show only her positive side (and nationality has nothing to do) proof i like amira(she have potentiel), myriam and dunia too; as for Elyan i like her personality and she just have to walk better on podium.

Ma fi ta7ayyoz lil twensa…i don‘t think so... Concerning the star academy show, Tunisian candidates were always brilliant in every season. I can give you the example of Ahmad Charif who is almost the only ex student of star academy that made three successful video clips and his songs are heard in Lebanon and all Arab world. I can give you another example of Amani. She worked with the great artistic Rahabani family ….they choose her because she has a good voice and her good profile. The winner of the future channel show is Tunisian. The winner last year of Mission Fashion is Tunisian, etc…
If LBC and other channels choose Tunisians because simply they find good persons…do you think they choose Tunisians for their beautiful black eyes or their Phoenician roots?
Fortunately, Lebanese (the majority of them, not in this forum) appreciate always Tunisian and give them support because they find similarities in the culture, history of both countries.
Some twensa yechthteglou bil lbc….lbc is an inetrnational Channel and most of Tunisian like it and watch it. There are many Tunisians who work for Al jazeera, etc... Those are international channels and i think their only criteria are the skills of the persons….
