As is the case every year before the launching of a new Star Academy season several rumors of candidates, plans and decor are surfacing. Obviously we have all heard of the alleged swimming pool that is said to have been added along with the regular changes of the decorations. But something that some may not have heard is that Star Academy 5 will in fact be the last Star Academy season to air on LBC ever. The reasons for this have not been disclosed though and we cannot be sure if this is actually true. Has the controversy of it all gotten to Rola already?
Candidates are also coming out and the first is Islam, an alleged Egyptian candidate, and his friends have been distributing his picture asking for support for what they describe as real talent. However, again we must keep in mind that several people received a lot of attention last year by saying that they were chosen for the show and then they were never actually seen on LBC. Will you be watching Star Academy 5? What do you expect from this new season?

I can't stand the show or the management or their poor ethics! and i hope it'll be the last season cuz ppl r ridiculously obsessing over it..enough with this reality tv business n lets stop imitating the west all the time.....

I hope this won't be the last season...I love this show so much! I love Star Academy so much, it's so fun to watch! My favorite seasons were Season 3 & 4. I hope the show will continue for years to come and hopefully they will bring lots of good siners this year less foreign and more arabic singers.
Shouldn't it be Lame Academy?! Too many kids have been told by their mamas that they are great and a whole lot of people from their country because of Arab pride so their country is always the best. Throw in a Lebanese chick who doesn't wear much clothes and a romeo trying to pick up the girls. Same old thing every year. maybe one person with talent ... The lebanese contestants then get jobs on LBC. LBC make a fortune from the voting. Its one big scam and you guys fall for it every year.
there would be no tunisian contestants this year. i will see this year whom from students will be mostly insulted coz each year tunisians students are mostly hated and insulted
french version of star academy is starting its 7th season so as long as the french 1 is running i think rola would like hers also to keep on going with her show till the 7th too i think not sure maybe...

No i don't want it to end at all. eventhough every year the studens i thought most deserving to win didn't get the chance to win i still love the programme till desturction and i want it to continue.

I want it to air, b/c atleast i would do something on friday night! but i just hope it wouldn't be so crappy and discriminated like last season and the season before that. If rola is going to like, ignore ppl, then i will only watch it laugh at her mistakes! but if this year, everyone gets along, the girls don't acts poiled and disgusting, and everyone is treated nicely and equally, then i will watch it for pleasure. but i doubt that it will happen, trust me, this year, not alot of ppl would have great talent, rola would be ignoring the west african ppl, and the girls would act even more spoiled. I hate this world b/c us western Africans are always ignored!(that is: algerian, tunisian, morrocan, and lybian ppl)

guys this may be different than this topic but if u watched mission fashion 2 first prime, they put reportage on every model, the first model was abir, they put a french song and it was very slow and i loved it, do u know wt its name. btw the model's name is abir and she was wearing pink. pls if u know tell me.

We are not sure if the casting crew already visited Jordan or not, but we are sure that they started the casting and already visited some countries like Tunisia and Bahrain.

shaza and amal have the biggest fan club ever. They 're the most loved in starac4 with kammahand ahmed. marwa and imad come after them but are far away from shaza and amal's popularity. and 4 Iman she left early, so she's not as popular as them.
