If you think about it, a lot of the disputes and troubles happening all around us are the result of differences, in culture, views and many other factors. Sometimes I can’t help but think if all people would just learn to get along it would be a better place to live in… I’m sure you’ll agree with me, or maybe not. But if animals can do it maybe humans can do it too. Just take a lesson from this little monkey and a pigeon. These two make an adorable image as you can see. This unusual friendship happened in an animal sanctuary in China.

The monkey, actually a 12-week-old baby macaque was rescued in Guangdong Province after being deserted by its mother. That could have triggered his listlessness because after landed in a hospital and recovering his health, the said macaque still seemed dejected. It was not until he became friends with the white pigeon. It seems unlikely that two so different species could be that close, but hey, the picture says it all!
