All those avid Star Academy fans out there will remember the love story that was initiated during the first season of LBC Star Academy between Moroccan Sofia Al Mareekh and Kuwaiti Bashar Al Shatty. For the first time in a while Sofia announced that the love between her and Bashar was not meant to be for several reasons she couldn’t disclose and instead it has turned into a strong friendship. According to Sofia, Bashar was the first to call her and congratulate her on ‘Kelmet Hob’, her new album which made her very happy.
Sofia said she is very pleased with the reaction her highly anticipated album received from family, friends and fans. However, interestingly enough some people weren’t very happy about her album saying that her voice is a weak one and not worth recording and that she depended too much on her stunning good looks. Nevertheless, Sofia is currently choosing another song from her album to film as a video clip.

sofia isn't good in arabic ,that's true but she is amazing when she sings french or english.she's more likely 2 go global than all the other sooooooooo many arabic good singers whose time has ended 2 decades ago like zizi or other crappies.....so show some respest 2 that delicate girl..........

SOFia is so beautiful with lovely voice ...Her vidio clip is amaizing ...also her CD is nice ...Her voice is soft and relaxing ...Any body says the opposite is jeleous .. Lots of People in Jordan love her ...We see that she very much fits to Bashar Al Shaty ..We like to see them Together ...Best couple..
