This year Ramadan is coming to us with more than just series! Media executive Suzanne Hassan has organized for Shereen Abdel Wahab and Ali El Haggar to alternate singing prayers which are to air on the Egyptian Channel 1 everyday. It’s an interesting and unique way of utilizing some of the most beautiful voices we have in Egypt and to add to it, Ali and Shereen will be coming together at the end of the month to sing a duet again about Ramadan.
The lyrics of the beginning of the duet have surfaced on the internet and the theme seems to be the benefits of Ramadan and how beautiful the 30 nights of Ramadan were. The decision to be part of this project is very smart on Shereen and Ali’s part because during Ramadan we tend not to listen to music so being on everyday during this Holy Month will ensure fans cannot forget them! Well I guess it’s just another thing to look forward to experiencing in the next few days.

Karim, I think you need to update your information. This is because Sherine will no longer be participating in this project with Ali elHajjar. She is pregnant, and due to her health weakness during her pregnancy, the doctor said she has to sleep on her back all the time until the first three months pass by. Nevertheless, Sherine will be replaced by the young singer May Farouk.
I agree with you though, it would have been a wonderful experience between Sherine and Ali, and I was waiting to hear it myself. But...what can you do. By the way, the source of my information is derived from Elaph.com if anyone wants to be sure.
Thanks alot Yasmeen for the update my source for this article was also Elaph.com which released this news on the 10th the day i wrote it and it was published early on the 11th before the news about Shereen's pregnancy came out so its not a matter of information not being up to date just a matter of time really! Im sure you know that updates occur in a matter of seconds when it comes to celebrities. Like you said it's a shame really but hey I hope Shereen has a healthy and happy baby!
