Every Ramadan there are so many different TV programs that arrive to help us celebrate this holy month and this year is no different! The MBC group has promised viewers a wide array of programs some of which are new while others are continuations of programs we all loved last year. For those of you who love food, Afnan El Zayani will be bringing you a new 30 minute healthy but delicious dish every day on her new show ‘Ramadan Atyab’.

If you are a fan of Hesham, Star Academy 2 winner, then you will love the fact that he is back with ‘Cash Taxi 2’ a show where Hesham poses as a taxi driver and asks his customers questions that are worth up to $500 and if they are lucky and smart they get the money and a free ride home! Another game show coming to us this Ramadan is ‘Horoof Wa Oloof’ presented by Mohammed El Shehry which we know from last year but this time people at home can participate too by calling in or sending an SMS.

A new cartoon called ‘Mozna’ is coming to your screens this year, this show is set in 2100 and it shows you that whilst the cities are technologically advanced the suburbs are very much like they were in 2007.

MBC is going to be the only channel to air the Egyptian series ‘El Malek Farook’ which tells the story of one of Egypt’s kings and captures a very important part of Egyptian history. Of course this isn’t all that will be airing; several other shows and programs will be there to entertain us!
