Recently I wrote an article about how the rumor of Amr Diab’s new album being leaked was a mere rumor and that in reality it was the cover that had been leaked but it seems that I spoke too early. On the 7/7/07 the date Amr Diab’s album was supposed to be released, had it not been for the delay, the Album, titled ‘El lelah de’, spread like fire and could be found on all musical websites where you could download them in extremely high quality.
Amr Diabs fans were extremely upset and started pointing fingers at the Rotana agents in Egypt. According to several cassette shop owners the Rotana Agents began to distribute posters for the album but along with it was a copy of the album so the shop owners could listen and give them their impression.
However, you will agree that this story is bizarre why would a producer do something to harm themselves financially!? Others claimed it was Amr himself who leaked his album simply because this tends to happen with every album he makes regardless of the production company. By doing this Amr gets publicity and makes his album more like a controversial event! Yet again Amr Diab is a respectable artist who doesn’t need to stoop to such low tricks to gain publicity because he has an amazing number of fans. Fact of the matter is the album is leaked! Who will suffer most? And who do you think is to blame?

Yes I have to agree this happens everytime don't know why! I bought the album without knowing its not the original, I was disappointed when I found out.
Most Arabic MP3 web sites are not uploading Amr Diab's CD.
I was reading on the internet that Al-Ahram egyption newspaper had an announcment from rotana company telling : even this "leaked" album isn't the full one yet. There are more songs to come, not sure how accurate that, I didn't grab the newspaper in my hands but read in one of the forums though
I loved the album it is goood and hazem u can't compare tamer to amr. Amr has history and yeah i love tamer but still Amr has his own style the same way tamer has his own style and i love both styles
rotana did this because they are so pissed amr wont sign with them again baddon yente2mo mino they do this every year and they wont care amr sells or not, amr is the king no matter what happends he is always number 1:) when the leaked happened they still wanted to release it the 16th so they can cause more damage but when all the fans attacked and complained they're releasing it the 11th today inshallah, they want to harm amr in any way but what they dont kniow is that HES THE KING :) rotana doesnt want amrs album to sell alot so they can give the music award to whoever they want or someone they like haaaaaaaaa:d but we care shitless about that award he is always #1 on the charts ;)
