With the same atmosphere of the opening show the Belly Dancing Festival of this year has come to an end. The annual Belly Dancing Festival basically includes a large amount of belly dancers arriving from all over the world to compete in front of a judging panel that includes: Mona Al Saeed, Katya and Randa Kamal. This festival which is organized by Raqya Hassan takes place in Mina House close to the area of the Egyptian Pyramids and faced less hassle this year than any other year. Usually the Festival faces ridiculing and criticism from journalists and even members of parliament but the only disturbances this year came from Fifi Abdou.

Fifi was to be recognized during this festival but she refused and said that she was the one who should be recognizing the belly dancers in the festival and seeing as which the organizer of the event has no experience in the field of belly dancing she should leave awards and recognitions to someone who does!! The final show for the Festival included the singer Amina whose music the belly dancers danced to which was followed by the announcement of the five winners for this year.
