We have all seen the strangest and most bizarre items go on sale on the famous eBay website and in auction houses around the USA, but I think this sale trumps them all! The Kings prescription drugs were sold recently in an auction house for a whopping $2600 and although they included some of the prescribed antihistamines, the auction house was warned by Police it would be illegal to sell the pills.

That’s not all, at the same auction, a gold plated handgun once owned by Elvis Presley was sold for $28,000 and an umbrella once used by Marilyn Monroe was sold for $42,000! Whilst some may be displeased with this ‘waste’ of money with starving people around the world, others see this kind of activity as a mere recognition of the stars’ hard work and insurance that these stars will be immortal.
