Amr Diab has been one of the most successful singers of our time and he’s more than just a local star, he has reached the Western world! However, it seems that Amr is being threatened by two new artists: Tamer Hosny and Mohammed Hamaky. These artists both have amazing voices and their popularity has rapidly increased especially Tamer after his recent legal problem.
Whilst Amr Diab may have been a star for a long time and hence is more experienced Tamer and Mohammed both have the gift of a great voice and have an amazing stage presence and although Mohammed took a long time to release his first album in the words of Saly from Star Academy 4 ‘There wasn’t one bad song in Hamaky’s album’!
People who analyze the situation will realize that whilst if we were to calculate success financially Amr would be the obvious winner but if we were to use the criteria of popularity all three of these artists would be very much head to head. What do you think; could Amr be overtaken by Hamaky or Tamer?

Nope, Amr Diab will always be the King...there's no overthrowing him. Granted, Tamer and MOhamed are GREAT, and i listen to them a little more than i listen to Amr, but Amr still has a special place in my heart that can't be replaced. I'm sure many would agree

his songs are great, and u NEVER get bored of them!
amr diab is the only arabic singer i listen to besides elissa,and it even makes me sad that some people might actually think that he'll be forgotten!
ive met amr diab,and hes such a great guy on the personnel level too very kind and i cant say humble but he wasnt rude or anything,hes nice to everyoneeeeeee!

i dont how to put it into words,but amr diab has his own classy way keda!i cld listen to a song that tamer hosny sang and like it as much as i wld if i heard amr singing it he has his touch...
