This year, the famous Jerash Festival in Jordan will be celebrating 25 years of festivities.
Last year, the festival was cancelled due to the attacks on Lebanon ... so this year, the organizers of the festival are going to make up for last year & will include many shows & concerts & events that weren't in the usual schedule.
Jerash Festival will begin on the 25th of July & will go on until the 17th of August.
The first day will be a special 'Jordanian' day, where Jordanian singers, like Zain Awad, Caroline Madi & Samah Bassam will light up the ancient amphitheaters of Jerash.
As for the rest of the scheduled concerts, big musical names will grace the amphitheaters ... like Wadi Al Safi, Kathem Al Saher & Najwa Karam.
Faris Karam & Majid Al Muhandes are also going to hold concerts ... which are expected to be fully booked!
Lebanese singer Majida Al Roumi was supposed to hold a concert, but unfortunately she canceled at the last minute.
International groups, from The USA, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Holland, South Africa, Armenia & Giorgia will also be participating in the festival.
Other events, include poetry nights, children's plays & seminars.
