Maria seems to have learnt from the mistake she made in Dubai when she was on her tour promoting her album in Cairo. Whilst she was in Dubai Maria seemed to avoid a lot of questions from the press due to lack of knowledge of the Arabic language but in Cairo Maria seemed a lot more comfortable and assured the press that she wont give up her style and even though she claimed she is learning Arabic she still had trouble understanding some of the questions which lead to Jad helping her out.
To those of you who wonder why an Arabic singer is having trouble with her own language Mari is actually Armenian! The funniest part of the evening was the announcement that Maria would be singing Um Kalthoum songs and Dalida both of whom have songs that are world renowned and requires an extremely trained voice which unfortunately Maria does not possess. Everyone who was at the promotional event was suspicious about Jad and Maria’s relationship because throughout the event he took a lot of notice of her fixing her hair and her dress!

Maria denied the part about singing Um Kolthoum songs, she said "I respect her but I can't singer her songs, it's not my style"
I don't like her. I cannot understand why people call her a singer because she simply cannot sing. Ahmed I hope that you're right. If she even tried to sing an Um Koltoum song, she would have killed it. And of course it's not her style. Her style is one in which she completely sells herself. "Singers" like her really do annoy me.
