Friday night at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, beautiful contestants from 50 states & the District of Columbia were competing for Miss USA Tara Conner's tiara!
But the one to be crowned was Miss Tennessee Rachel Smith who has become Miss USA 2007.
Smith has become the second Tennessean in seven years to win the Miss USA title.
Smith will represent the USA later this year at the Miss Universe Pageant which will be held in Mexico City.

Smith is a 21-year-old journalism graduate, who recently completed a volunteer stint at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, was also a publicity intern at Oprah’s Harpo offices in Chicago before going to South Africa for the volunteer work.
