MARWA MARWA MARWA IS THE STAR!!!! U ROCK
mgg marwa did soo good..... in the prime. shaza forgot some of the words in couple of songsss..that suck... and i think marwa did better then haifa when she was singinning with her.... luv her!! sally i like her but she needs to leve next week... shes not the best.. i think marwa, shaza ,and mohamed should stay to the end!!

sally is facing alot of injustice....they cancelled her tablleau although it was alissar who made the dances and she said she liked it...they did that so there would place 4 the iraqi singer....sally was devastated....this is so unfair...how can she show us her abilities if they take away her chances ...even elissa's song...sally would b the best 2 do it...her voice matches such kind of songs and it would have been better but they take it from her and give 2 shaza who didn't have time 2 memorize it....y take all the chance away from sally and overload others ...by the way...marwa and shaza sucked in elissa's song...they ruined it...however shaza's part was butchered...but i have 2 admit....marwa mastered the fairouz song....she was gr8...but again that's the kind of songs she does best so y take elissa's song from sally and overload marwa!!!!!!!!!!that was obviously unfair towars sally,as if they want 2 break heror something ......i really felt 4 her when she cried ...even tina in her letter 2 the students.....she wished sally happiness.....PATIENCE and love....she wished her patience coz she too felt 4 her and felt it was incredibly unfair......amyway,shaza runed the tableau and marwa[sort of] and when it was time 2 sing with the iraqi singer.......she was reading from a paper and she didn't even do it well....mo7amed and 3ali did a better job than her ......well wadi3 u did that 2 sally .....c wut shaza did 2 ur prime
p.s:shaza mastered the spanish and the french song.......but she ruined the parts wadi3 took from sally and overloaded her....i know it'snot her fault ,it's wadi3's fault....i m starting 2 hate him
the way shatha did in elissas song is enough to nominate her next week!i mean she does have a good voice but then what!?!?
She only has a good voice in those strong arabic songs,but the rest she isn't good at all.I don't like her singing french,she's got that morrocan accent which isn't beautiful at all to hear.Look for exemple Carlo,he also got a big accent by talking french or english,but once he sings,u can't hear it anymore...
* * * I saw Shathawee as the "STAR" from the 1st. prime . . I was just stunned with her beautiful strong voice that touches deeply the heart (not only the ears), with her confindent & strong presence on the stage & her big beautiful smile.
And every prime she just shines & make us enjoy every song she does. And if she messed up a little bit with words for the first time ever . . so what!!!!! . . most of you agreed that she was overloaded between shooting the commercial, being sick & having many songs in one prime . . which is for sure wasn't her fault, wasn't her choice . . also to sing as (almost) as a back stage singer though she was in (front) . . with the famous Iraqi singer Ilham Al-Madfa3ee (who just arrived to Lebanon few hours earlier) wasn't a great idea at all . . but the teachers (whoever is in charge) are not perfect either . . they have wrong decisions once in a while . . . well Who is perfect???!!!
- In my opnion all that made me appreciate her even more . . appreciate her courage . . that she takes all that load on her shoulder (I felt tired by just watching how many things she did before & during that prime . . dancing . . singing) & which mostly were great anyways . . as usual. So really she has nothing to be blamed for. She is a hard working young lady & just does what she is asked to do, and If Sally was (punished) unfortunatly for whatever reason (I'm sorry for Sally). . that is not Shatha fault at all!!!!
* I would really like to see Shatha one day singing side by side with the great Iraqi singer Kathem Al-Saher . . . Insha-Allah . . wow!!!
* And as I always said Shatha & Marwa will be a great singers . . doesn't matter if they win the title or not. Many Star Academy (ex) students proved themselves without the title.
* Qammah I like his voice (as I like Ali's too), but I see him much better as a Star in composing & writting songs . . keep it up ya Qammah.
* After all . . Good Luck for all (from the bottom of my heart).

I don't care much about the title itself, but this is a competition and we are very competitive people, you can see that since season 1, we work very hard for everything we get and we don't want anybody trading on our kids dreams. Marwa MUST go straight to the final because she is the best, performs the best, very passioned and consistent in her evals and primes... if people don't want her the winner so be it. Only voters can decide who should win... we will live with whatever decision may be.
I liked your description of Shatha as " a hard working young lady" I don't want to sound rude but based on other contenders age the description should be somewhat closer to " a hard working senior citizen".
in her age "average" singers are in their 3d and 4th album....well as we say:" ba3d ma shaab dakhlooh lil kotaab".

this is for Tunisian, i totally agree with u,on the fact that shatha is talented but marwa as well, both deserve the titlle, but if i'm asked to vote for one of them i'll go (imediatlly) and vote for MARWA!! cause she's the sweetest girl, and i love her however shatha is very rude and has a huge ego, which i don't like

I feel sorry for Marwa and Shatha coz they forgot and i hope they dnt put them as nominees coz they are AMAZING singers. I don't think Shatha will be put coz they know she's good but im scared for Marwa.
I don't really care about Sally coz she was crap like 5 weeks ago and should have gone before Imad and Ayoub
Kammah is good but he is the worst out of Marwa,Shatha and Carlo.
EGYPT if Sally and Kammah are nominees VOTE for Kammah coz hes soooooooooooooooooo much better but its up to u.....
I think Marwa will stay if she is nominee because she has the Khallej,Tunis, Morocco and other countries with her.

- The reason that I keep saying "it doesn't matter the title" because of the conclusiones that I get from all the reader's posts:

* The posts says:
- Tunis, Lebanon, Iraqi, Morocco . . etc (votes) won't be able to compete with Egypt votes becuse of the (80 million) population!!!
- Many arabic countries can't compete with (Khaleej countries) because of their money!!!
- The latest & the newest nobody wins without egyptions approval!!!!
* Very soon will have one "Winner", every country will support their students 1st. (obviously). But there'll be some smart people out there who will contract the candidates with better talents!!!
* I hope that we finally grew up to the level to support our favorite candidates without putting down the other candidates by offensive posts (don't try to drag me down to that level . . won't work).
* I really wish that Shatha, Sally, Marwa, Qamah & Carlo gets the same amount of the songs next prime . . so we all can enjoy the " Prime" peacefully.

1)- As for the show I'll stick to the fair voting system, people will sooner or latter vote for who deserves the most. It will take some time but it will happen.
It's perfectly clear also that this nationalism is a tasteless marketing tool...but we like it or not it's there....and very real... voting is just one aspect of it...clearly there are so many other aspects. (Sadly we still bunch of tribes)
2)- I will support Shatha against any other contender including Imed and I have already here and somewhere else but when it comes to Marwa's voice and performance sorry there is no comparison...
3)-You seem very nice decent person but I have to tell you I honestly have no interest in dragging you at all... never mind the direction....
Sorry if you felt my post was offensive but if you can't stand the heat please... please stay away from the kitchen....and maybe write an opinion of your favorite instead of a poem.
4)- I stand by my point the only advantage Shatha has over Marwa is the 8 years age difference...hence the missing 4 or 5 albums that were never made....obviously that advantage doesn't look that shiny to me.

* It is true Shatha is older than other candidates . . but that is not her fault either, she was accepted by the academy . . if her age was a problem, she won't be accepted in the academy first place. And during last 8yrs (difference between her & youngest students) of her life she wasn't in the star academy learning how to sing!!!
So really it doesn't matter (for me at least) the age factor.

Well, who would have believed this would happen right before the final? After all these months of wonderful evaluations, it has come to the last one and both Marwa and Shatha mess up! I am heartbroken... Both Shatha and Marwa deserve to be in the final more than anyone else in the academy. Everyone know it. I wish they never went on that trip - it was bad luck for them and a lucky break for Mohammed and Carlo. If they hadn't gone, this never would have happened in a million years. Stupid! Stupid! I still hope Marwa & Shatha make it to the final. Marwa is my favorite, but if Shatha wins, I won't feel bad if Marwa is standing beside her.

we're soooo done of u egyptians showing of don't mess with egypt and bla bla bla. u shouldn't ur contestants in the whole history of staracademy lenanon were lousy!! first of all med attiah just tell me what did he do with the title a lousy stolen song!! saly let's just not talk she's so cheap, childish untalented and soooo not cute! ammah ok is lil bit talented but he can't stand the comparaison with the great bashar baha2 ahmad marwa!!! all u guys do is ass kissing to get what u want and then u start showing off egypt is the best!

and theyr are just normal kids who got great opportinity stop idealizing them just because they are egyptians!

- I really enjoyed Yosra Mahnosh's amazing voice & her beautiful shining face . . very confident & comfortable with her song . . she is "ready to go" super star!!!
- Unfortunatly we don't get Super Star channel(at home), It seems really big & beautiful production. And what I liked also that the "panel" tell the candidates what they think about them directly after the song in very nice, supportive & professional way . . and that really is a big deal for the candidates & an (eye opener) for the viewers . . . so they won't "fall in" jugding the candidtes in a "silly" & an offensive way.
- I defenitly agree with you about voice quality

Well, the prime was only for Shatha and Carlo.... WHY??????ARe they better than Marwa sally and Qammah, Shaza was the worst in the prime,is it accpetable to forget the words of all the song???????????????that's too much.......SHe should be nominated.......Marwa was the best in the Feiruz song, she did it excellent...

I wanted you to see that not everybody sings extremely well has a great voice. Voices are a gift....tuning them is a trade.......you can't pay for a gift but you can pay to learn a trade.
I'm glad you enjoyed it....I've heard that there are other talents in the same show may be even better than Yosra...can you believe that?!! This is a great show indeed.
