Tonight the prime was expected to be bubbling ... & that's exactly what it was!
The guests were Lebanese singer Faris Karam & Star Academy 1 star Bashar Al-Shatti.
Karam started off the prime in his famous sing 'Tanoura', while Carlo accompanied him.
The 1st tableau of the night was performed by Marwa & Shatha, with a bit of help from Carlo, Tina & M. Qammah.
The nominees came out to the stage next & they sang with all their hearts ... None knew who was going to leave ... This might be their last prime!
Tina & Carlo performed a romantic tableau ... Then it was Bashar's turn, he played the piano & sang his song 'Ah ya Hawa' with Ahmad, then he sang Fairuz's song 'Kifak' with Marwa.
It seems Marwa's got a lot of sings to sing tonight ... She was up next with Shatha to sing the classic song 'Albi Dalili'.
Ali then presented a tableau about his home Saudi Arabia.
Faris Karam was up next with Carlo, they sang the popular song 'Share3 Al-Hamra'.
The best surprise of the night was for Shatha, he dad dropped by to wish her a 'Happy Birthday' ... Tomorrow she turns 26!
Qammah was up next in the best tableau of the night, a witch/Halloween mix!
Did you see the two witches hanging from the ropes? Those were Sally & Tina!
Ahmad sang with Bashar again, but really, I didn't think Ahmad did his best this time! What do you think?
Carlo & Shatha's duetto 'I love you baby' was fabulous ... They're really good!
This week, there's no 'Friend of the week', but next week ... All the boys & only the boys are going to spend the week-end in Aqaba ... Jordan's Sunny City! In addition to exploring the Rose City Petra! Lucky Them!
The students then sang a song about Lebanon.
Faris Karam ended the prime with a new song ... But the most important part of the prime was yet to come.
The results of the voting were next, the audience voted mostly for Ali ... The choice was then between Amal & Sally ... The students chose to give equal votes to both girls & thus Ali was the one to make the final call ... He made it clear that last week he gave Amal his vote to give her an extra week & this time he gives his vote to Sally ... I guess that's fair on his part! So, Amal leaves the academy tonight ... Good Luck Amal.

SO yea:D this show is quite predictable and i somehow knew that amel was leaving cz of this!! so again i think and im somewhat sure that sally is leaving next week, maybe with some1 else since things might chnage from now on in the nominations!

I'm not really shocked, but you could expect anything at this point. Although, I would have hoped for Salley to leave given that she probably has the weakest voice among the nominees. I mean all three are around average, but she's the weakest of them all. I guess Egyptians are really big on voting. So I didn't expect Ali to vote for Salley. I guess he wanted to redeem himself. Although from an objective point of view, he should have voted for amal given that she has a better voice and can actually compose songs. Alas, this is a game, and things happen unexpectedly.
Now, out of the eight contestansts, I think the weakes four are Salley, Tina, Ahmed, and Ali. I'm not a big fan of Tina, so I think she needs to be nominated soon. She might be an awesome person, but definitely not a good singer. Even her singing in English is around average, and it's very nasally. I'm watching American Idol these days, and any of the 24 contestants can take her on. So, she's not taht good in English.
anyway, best of luck to the contestants. One thing: I didn't understand the halloween/fire/witch scene. It's not halloween. Halloween was back in october, and it definitely did not fit the song. It just did not make any sense to me.

Amal was barely an average singer and an even worse songe writer. She's hopelessly emotional and has issues with self-esteem, but that's her problem! Granted, she's a better singer than some of the students that remain, including Ali and, especially, Ahmed, but that's not because she's good, but rather because they are bad!
Finally, Sally may have a limited voice (though the limited tunes she can carry are easy on the ear), but Star Academy is not only a singing competition, and Sally is arguably the best dancer/actor of the remaining students. So, ya, she does deserve to stay and I'm happy for her. GOOOO SALLYYYY!

i'm not with anybody, but when i read the messages, i saw that many are saying Amal is FAKE,"i'm not a fan of Amal" but Tina is the queen of Fake people for many reasons:
-she said she has a bf but last week she was about to kiss Mohamad Amma7 on his lips "At least that's what i saw in the dailies. it was obvious that she was about to do so, where is her bf then from all this?
-when Imad left the academy, she was crying like someone died, even LBC brought Marwa's mom to left her spirit up!! where is Rabee3 then?
-when Imad visited the academy, Tina was druling and acting like a girl who sees her lover after a long time...this is not fake? where is her lover Rabee3?

I hate star academy!! How can they let Sally stay and not Amel. This was her second nomination. What is this Sally 4th time and Ali's 4th or 5th that is such bull. I don't get why Ali voted for Sally. Saying I gave Amel a chance last time now i'm going to give a chance for Sally.That doesn't make sense. How many chances has Sally had like 4 and amel only had one chance. That is such bull. I think they told Ali to vote for Sally because they know Amel is a threat. But the idea is Madame.Rola won't be able to let any of em win because lebanese and egypt won before So she will just rewind them by makin them win each week the blah blah blah....
