From the first prime, I really loved Shaza's voice. From prime to prime, she kept going up and up a level. There have been so many times where she blew me away. She has such an amazing voice, a brilliant recording voice. I could actual visualise her selling albums and doing well. So she is a true star, and she does belong in the music industry. I would love to see her win.
If she doesn't, for some reason,then I would not mind seeing Marwa take the title. She has a lovely voice, but not as great as compared to Shaza. But she does perform much better than her, especially in terms of expressions. Lately, she has been at the top of her game. She should have been somewhere in the Top 3, personally I would have put her No. 1. It doesn't bother me that much. All that does, is seeing her reach the final. Every prime she comes out and shines like a true star.
My ideal final would have to include these two. They have the best voices in the Academy.
If Imed didn't leave then I would have loved to see him reach the final. But, unfortunately, life is not fair. Despite him no longer being in the Academy, I still see him as a True Star. Really miss him. He was such a brilliant singer, and had a great natural character. Only God knows how much I loved him.

Leaving one place in the final, would have to be a little battle between Carlo and Mohammed. They both have pleasant singing voices, and are really talented.
But, not as brillant in comparison to Marwa and Shaza. I think it will have to be a girl wins the Star Academy title this year, insha'allah :)

i really think that amal deserves to win because although she hasnt got the best voice (shes 3rd after shaza and marwa) i love watchin her perform no matter what she does. Whether its arabic english dancing or wateva else she just always shines and thankfully allah was with amal during the votes! but if she doesnt win i hope shaza or if not marwa will take the title this year cause they have the best voices. plus a girl deserves to win this year and plus the tunisian every year come with the best voices so i wouldnt mind seeing her win! and also Marwa has changed big time. There came a time when i couldnt stand her cause of the way she used 2 treat amal. but now she is really tryin 2 change and be much betta with her! I say Shaza, Marwa, Ama7 final but i don't know who will win. I will be happy with any of them as the star. They have the best voices and are the most talented. Ama7 with his writing and composing and just all around nice personality. He's just fun to watch. Marwa with that beautiful soft voice and gorgeous smile. Shaza with that strong voice, that she really knows how to use like osama said in the review.

Tina can't be the star, she doesn't sing arabic well and her voice isnt as good as marwa or shaza's. I have nothing against her, she has a good personality, she's beautiful and she obviously works hard but she just isnt as good as marwa or shaza.

I think the final will be between Marwa, Shada, and Mohammed. My personal favorite is Marwa. She has real star quality - a beautiful face, personality, smile, and voice. Plus, she is only 18 years old - she will be amazing in a few years if she sticks with it! I also love Shada's voice. I am positive she will have CDs out in the future. Mohammed is talented too and very kind. Sally is not a great singer, but she is an amazing actress for her age. I hope she pursues it. Tina and Carlo also have a future. All the students have potential or they wouldn't be there. Good luck to them all!
T cant believe some of u think that Tina deserves 2 be the star. we all know that Madam Rola and LBc are supporting her coz they want a lebaneese girl 2 win this year ,but in what sense !she cant sing in arabic and her voice in English is really awful and hello its arabic star academy not American Idol. So Inshallah Amal ,Shatha or Marwa will be the Star and I prefer Amal.

I also agree with you, that people should just let the students enjoy their last few weeks, and stop lighting the fire and starting fights over the smallest issues. We all need to chill.
And yes, I know it's easier said than done. But, it can be achieved if we all simply enjoy what's left of the Academy.

Don't take my disagreement too harshly, that is only my opinion. And we do differ, but all that can be done is to accept what the other thinks.

I too would love to see Marwa win. She's been through so much. I just read a stupid comment that expressed nothing but hate against her. And the really pathetic part was the excuse, she's fat. Some people are incredibly ridiculous. They don't find anything better to do than simply insult people and come out with pointless comments. You know, when I read comments like that I think to myself, why do they bother?! Surely, they have better things to do in life!(?)
These things can change to the better but, talent is something you either have or you don't. Without a question, Marwa is nothing short of that.
I've been defending Marwa for some time, especially during the whole drama of the love-triangle, and it really suprises me with what people post against her.
For all those haters, and the harsh time that she's been through, I would love to see her come out with her head up high as a winner.
If not a winner, then a True Star.

I would love to see her do well in the future. I completely forget that she is so young. But, if she's that good at a young age, what will she be like when she gets older? Incredible probably.
But, I would really love to see Shaza win instead.
In general, I do love listening to female singers with strong voices e.g. Asala. And not is only Shaza's voice strong, but always perfect and incredible. She's a perfectionist when it comes to singing, and would definitely deserve the title.

The lesser of all evils is Shaza.
She has the most powerful voice. With a nose job she would be fine.
Marwa needs work. She needs to lose serious wait, undergo laser facial hair removal especially on the forehead and stop her immature behavior.
Anyway she is not on the same level of other Tunisian contestants of previous editions. She does not have the voice of Amany, nor the sweet presence of Bahaa for instance.
So far Shaza is the most suitable for the win.

Thanks, Lou Lou! I am constantly having to remember that Marwa is 7 years younger than Shada. Can you imagine if Marwa had 7 years more experience in life and singing as Shada? I love strong voices too, and Shada definitely has what it takes to be a popular singer. Her singing can really move me. I think Marwa is a natural born entertainer and singer. She is so natural on stage for a girl her age. With experience and hard work, she will be incredible.

I cannot say that Marwa has the perfect figure of a model.
Yes, she is slightly big in size.
But, she is a lot bigger in talent, and beauty.
When it comes to the live show, her face simply radiates when she takes the spot light on the stage, and her smile is so lovely and shows every sign of happiness.
She is a natural, and she shows her real self.
Let's not forget that in this contest, it's the talent they look for, and not the image.
However, when she gets out of the Academy and in to the music industry she will have to loose weight because the media and the world are more obsessed with image, than talent.
I live in Britain, and every Summer the magazines do the same stupid thing. One will have a front cover saying The Top 10 Fattest Celebs. And another (usually placed right next to it, for some reason - I suppose to make people laugh) would say The Top 10 Skinnest Celebs. It's so meaningless, and incredibly cruel.
No one is perfect.
No matter where you look around the World, that pressure is no different. Look at the number of famous people who go under the knife or get a strong chemical jab to look younger, or prettier.
Because all these changes are going on, people are becoming more insecure about the way they look. And feel they must follow in their footsteps. It's a quicker way to make a difference, and a clever way of stirring up a buzz and getting attention drawn to yourself. For example, two months later is the release of an album.
Marwa is a natural, she has the confidence.
As long as you show your real self, and your confidence then you are beautiful on the inside. Inside beauty is far more powerful and meaningful than outside beauty - that's my theory.
And that definitely applies to Marwa.
She doesn't need to go under the knife. She simply needs to make the little changes, that will make the biggest difference in herself i.e. look after her diet.
Let's face it, there are Artists in the music industry that don't have the voice, but have the image.
Masha'allah Marwa has the natural beauty and natural talent.
She's still young, so there are enough room for changes like that.
All in all, she will do well in her life.

just remember with me star academy 1 it was the only one with fair votes cause 3atteia was very funny and he was loved by everyone and we were sure he was not talented at all but we voted for him even though bashar was much more talented .....
star academy 2 zizi had a very sweet voice and she was very talented and a sweet girl but she didn't get the votes cause they didn't want her to get them ....

There are three stars here and one not so much.
Shaza is a star. She sings as possibley the best from all 4 seasons. She has great presence on stage as well. She is mature(though a little short tempered), good looking, and has a brilliant voice. She perfects almost all types of songs. She will make a huge singer on day if she keeps up the effort.
I would love to see Shaza win.
Marwa is a star. She has a beautifal voice and is learning more and more how to use it. She is nice(a little immature), also very talented. She stood out from the begining as one of the best. She is especially good with Majida il Romi and Fairouz songs. Marwa represents her country very well and definitle deserves her spot.
I would love to see Marwa win.
Mohammad is a star. He unbelieveabley talented. I love his songs and he sings amazingley in them(though he has trouble with some other types of songs). He has always been polite and respectful to everyone from the begining and has a great personality. He will make a great fanan in all respects because of his talent.

Carlo is not a star. Carlo is okay at singing in arabic but sometimes he sounds like he is singing in the french style. He is perfect in french but this is an arabic competition. As for hs personality he is a jerk.. He is a jerk to his girlfriend and impolite and egotistical to everyone. He should not have moved quite this far. Carlo should not win.
As for who will win. If Carlo wins I will assume there was straight up cheating involved. Lebanon and Egypt have already won and Shaza is from the khaleej which has already won, which slightly lowers their chances. This is why I feel like Marwa is the most likely winner. LBC made it seem like Marwa would win the whole year untill recently they have become a little more uneasy to read. Especially because Tunis is a very strong force in terms of votes. On the other hand Mohammad is talented and very likeable so I can easily imagine him winning as well and has a winners personality. I would expect Mohammad if Egypt hadn't previousley won. Also Mohammad has already won the money. Shaza has a great voice and I think it would surprise me if she won but it would definitley make sense. She obviousey has a strong fanbase.
- Mohammad won $19 thousand and had his songs recorded.
- Shaza was in a commercial and will be in a duet with a famouse Iraqi singer.
- Marwa is going to act in a show...? That is odd because Marwa is no actor she's a singer.
- Carlo got... nothing special. Maybe it's because they will give him the titlethrough cheating... I hope not.

The real stars remaining are Marwa,Shatha and wad qammah with superiority for the 2 girls over wad qammah,as both of the ladies have strong and sensitive voices,Qammah is talented and good voice and excellent composing abilities.Carlo is the weekest among them coz he doesn't sing any arabic frequently and he is better in english or french rather arabic(Wajdi in starac3 was eliminated because he lacks arabic singing ability).
But I,in one of the sites over the web found that Shaza is from Jewish ancestors,who might be still jewish or converted to Islam,and more probably JEWISH as she has 2 arabic citizenship which is not allowed according to my knowledge.
Jewish found in Iraq,Yemen,Tunisisa,Algeria,Morroco.
If it's like that,then I would vote for both MARWA and Wad Qammah.

Hi am from London, damn it i miss seeing tina cause i was in stinky school.
Firstly, this is not a beauty competition. Many of you are saying tina because shes pretty or whatever but what really matters is the talent. (And tina is out, so i don't know what u ppl are on about, but she was good but her voice was not good as the 4 finalists). All of the four finalists are brilliant, i perfer shatha because am Iraqi, and shes a real iraqi gal (cheeky naughty, hachaya withall of the typical ness of iraqis). Moreover, she has fabulous voice which i still want to hear in the future. Marwa is good, she has a good voice but she needs to sort out how she uses her body. In some songs she moves too much and she needs to lose weight. She needs to practice and practice how she reacts with her body on stage. Carlo is fabulous as well, great voice and so is ammah. But sometimes i feel Ammah is slightly evil, don't know why but thats my sixth sense. Every week i predict who stays and it comes out true, but i can't for this week, because its really difficult. i really don't know if lebanon are going to have high votes like last year. Or are the 70 million egyptions have been nonstop topping up their phones to vote for ammah. But i hope shatha as shes is a female, and already we had a lebanese or a egyption male star. I am really chocked by the many of you who think that shaza deserves the title this year. First and foremost she doesn't have the best voice in the academy, her voice is very nice but she definitely can't handle singing all kind of songs and that's very clear! ex. she is not able to make the top vocals like marwa for instance. She can't even remember the right words for the songs she sings as for ex. the song "Ayshalak" at the prime...she messed it up totally and it was not the first time she did it but it was the worse of them all! And the thing that makes me crazy is that she puts her own "stupid" words in the song that doesn't even make sense, and then she smiles too and acts happy. I remember she forgot the words at the first beginning, the 1st prime and she has'nt improved by far!
Hey...and she decides which songs she's gonna sing for he primes as well, she always picks the songs that fit her "low quality" voice which turns out good because she's more developed then any student in the ac. ! And it's funny because her face looks just like women with big black hats.. u know who i mean!

She is very egocentric and her evilness just shows off clearly towards the contestants in the ac. I don't even get why she has this huge confidence about her, she has a great talent but she needs to keep herself to human level and be a better person, then she can win but as far as now she can forget the title!
I want marwa to win because she is a very genuine person and caring as well, she always sings the songs they give her and has a great talent, her voice, which is soo good and big! What you HATERS do not understand is that this is a SINGING competition NOT BIG BROTHER. This is not a personality contest, what singers do you know who have a good personality or not? I have watched the program since the beginning and I honestly dont see her as evil, yes she is a serious person but evil? no way. She can lose her temper sure but your going a bit over the top to say that she is "evil" sorry but I dont see it at all. The reason Shatha chooses her songs has nothing to do with being full of herself, I see it very smart of her since her main asset in this competition is her voice so it's imperative for her to sing well every single time and to do that she needs to sing specific tunes that go well with her voice after all she has enough experience to realize the limits of her voice and what goes well with it.
(Shatha improved the least in starac, she is almost the same since she came in...meaning she used to sing regularly before she got to starac not like all other student... they are real amateurs).
I said it before and I say it again: if we give the best of what Shatha sang to Marwa she will sing them beautifully....however if we give Shatha what Marwa sang she will fail considerably....and that's the real voice's flexibility.
It's a competition after all, people can say a lot of things about Shatha but no body could deny how smart she is.
To me Shatha's voice is good...Marwa's voice is great full of possibilities, has a lot of room to shine across so many tunes and styles.
Based only on voice quality Marwa has the edge over Shatha....if you want to include stage presence and personality then there is no comparison to be made.
My vote goes to Fairouz Al Sagheera...de la plus belle et sharmante souris... ever on TV.

I was talking about her flexibility to sing any song in any language, and like it or not her voice is very beautiful regardless of her "improving the least" which is simply not true, but then again that is your opinion and I respect that. True Marwas voice has possibilities, but she needs alot of training in control and hopefully if she strives to become a singer, she will be a great one.

وتقول السيدة ابتسام عن المسيرة التي قادت مروى الى النجومية الفنية «درست ابنتي بمعهد نهج روسيا ثم انطلقت بمجرد بروز موهبتها الغنائية في الظهور في العديد من البرامج او المشاركة في المهرجانات، فإلى جانب برنامج «أصوات المستقبل» بإذاعة الشباب مع المنشطة نورة بوعلاق كان لمروى شرف تأثيث عدة مهرجانات ثقافية، وغنائية محلية وجهوية أذكر منها مهرجان بن عروس وحفلات بقصر السعادة بالمرسى وبعض الحفلات الرمضانية أين غنت لعلية وصليحة».
وماذا عن لقب فيروز الصغيرة الذي أسند اليها في عدد من
مواقع الأنترنيت، ومن قبل المتابعين والنقاد؟
هنا تجيب السيدة ابتسام مؤكدة ان ابنتها مروى تعزف على آلة العود وتعشق أداء الأغاني الطربية لكن حبها الاكبر كان ولا يزال لفيروز منذ نعومة أظافرها ولا أذيع سرا اذا قلت إن ابنتي كانت تنام وتشعر بالهدوء والسكينة بمجرد ان تستمع الى احدى أغاني فيروز، ولم يكن عمرها يتجاوز آنذاك 3 سنوات. وعندما كبرت ازداد حبها لفيروز وجمعت كل أغانيها اضافة الى أغاني ماجدة الرومي، وكارول سماحة ما يدل على حبها الكبير للأغاني الاصيلة ورفضها للمزود أو الأغاني التي لا تضيف شيئا لموهبتها ومسيرتها كمطربة واعدة.

وأضافت السيدة ابتسام كاشفة المزيد من التفاصيل والأسرار عن نجمة تونس في الأكاديمية ان مروى تحب التمثيل وقد جاءتها الفرصة الاخيرة من خلال «ستار أكاديمي» لدخول الميدان التمثيلي من أوسع أبوابه. أما المشاركة في «ستار أكاديمي» بالذات فكانت بدعم ومساندة من جدتها السيدة آسيا التي أكدت لنا أنها أقنعت ابنتها ابتسام بأن تشجع مروى على خوض التجربة، ولا تقف دونها، وامكانية بلوغ الشهرة والنجومية لاسيما وانها تملك كل المؤهلات الفنية والصوتية لبلوغ القمة اذا تلقت الدعم الكامل.
وأكدت السيدة ابتسام أنها كانت بالفعل ضد سفر ابنتها الى لبنان ككل أم تخاف على ابنتها وتريد ان تركز على دراستها أولا ثم يأتي الغناء في المرتبة الثانية. وهنا تستدرك محدثتنا لتقول: «عندما اكتشفت انها مصرة على المشاركة بمساندة من والدتي التي أعطتها المال، وساعدتها على اتمام كل الاجراءات الضرورية تغير موقفي وقررت ان أبذل قصارى جهدي لضمان نجاحها في رحلتها الى الأكاديمية رغم انها تبتعد عني لأول مرة في حياتها، وكنت أتمنى لها من كل قلبي تجاوز كل العقبات والصعوبات في برنامج يعتمد على المنافسة وينطوي على الكثير من المفاجآت خاصة وان ابنتي صغيرة السن ولا تملك التجربة الكافية لمواجهة الآخرين.

بالذهاب الى الأكاديمية؟
تجيب السيدة ابتسام قائلة: «والدي رحمه اللهكان يحب مروى كثيرا ولا يتردد في تلبية رغباتها وتشجيعها على تحقيق ما تصبو اليه كما ان أعمامها وأخوالها وأزواج شقيقاتي كلهم يعاملون مروى مثل ابنتهم ويحاولون دائما تعويضها فقدان الأب مبكرا والوقوف الى جانبها بكل ما يملكون من مال وقوة.
وفي ختام حديثها توجهت السيدة ابتسام الصغير بنداء الى التونسيين راجية منهم مساندة مروى لأنها في نهاية الامر ابنتهم أيضا وتشارك في الأكاديمية باسم تونس.
