Are u even implying that Tina's evaluation wasn't good? It was AMAZING!! She proved her point, she retaliated to all the people that called her fake. She pointed out that although she speaks English it doesn't mean AT ALL that she doesn't love her country. Tina was amazing. Marwa was the best this week .
Shada was good but I expected her to sing Asala's song better. I mean Marwa was way better than her.
Carlo sang the first song well but the second one wasn't so great .It was funny but it wasn't suitable for the evaluation.
Tina sang well but I think she's not progressing in her evaluations. She's continuing the same way in every evaluation and she's not natural at all.
Sally has a weak voice and it's her main problem. I think she'll be nominee this week.
Amal wasn't so good.She didn't sang Asala's song well and her second song wasn't so great.
I'm really sorry for Mohamed .He was sick and he did very very ordinary.
Unfortunately I didn't see Ahmed and Ali's evaluations.
I think Sally, Amal and Mohammed or Ahmed will be this week's nominees.

I agree that Ali did well. At least he managed to convince us that he got over his fear if only for a short while during his scene. His singing wasn't exactly spot on, but still much better than all his previous attempts which were flustered at best.
I can't say Ahmed's performance impressed me at all. That he's of Iranian origin is something we didn't know about him, but it's not an aspect of his personality that we didn't know about him which is what was required of him. His singing wasn't good. He did, however, manage to lose that smile he had plastered on his face all of last week, but didn't make much of an effort to open his mouth and allow his voice to actually get out.I nearly fell off my seat when he started telling Elissar about having a crush on her. It was a very bad attempt at imitating Hany Hussein's scene last year. Totally unoriginal! Very possibly a candidate for this week's hot seat.
Tina's concept was well thought out and quite appropriate considering the clobbering she's had to survive these past couple of weeks. She gets a big gold star for concept and effort, but her singing (both Arabic songs) fell short and it was glaringly obvious that she's completely out of her comfort zone when singing Arabic. Still, I think her effort will be rewarded and she'll be spared this week, unless they go for another strategic nomination to oust a certain candidate.
Carlo did well. Completely blew their socks off with the "dorky" side of his personality that they hadn't seen before - well, Gaby had, but the others hadn't and he's always regarded as the stiff business-like of the group - so, kudos to him for pulling that character out. He did sing in character, but only to complement the character so he won't be penalized for not singing.
Amal nailed Assala's song a million times before the evaluation, but went in there and chose the wrong key and sounded quite bad. Her entire scene thereafter was quite forgettable. Strong contender for the hot seat.
Shaza's singing, as always, was quite good. She was out of tune at the end of Assala's song. Kind of stepped on Usama Rahbani's main comment to her during the debrief by making that precise mistake he pointed out to her. I didn't get her scene at all. Totally off brief, because it didn't communicate any personality aspect that we/they didn't know. Faudel's "Abdel Qader" didn't help her scene at all. This is no time for any of them to be playing with fire.
Sally's singing wasn't bad. She obviously listened to Usama's and Wadie's comments and has incorporated them into her singing of Assala's song. Ok, so she was out of tune and out of breath a couple of times, but even the best of them did that. Guess it's the fear of being in an exam situation. I expected Sally to completely blow our socks off with a scene to cover for any singing flaws, but no mind blowing scenes came. What followed was a very short statement saying that she has a serious side. Had she shut her trap and not said that she hadn't prepared something, she may have marched out unscathed, but I think her last statement may have been the most damning.
Marwa's evaluation was by far my favorite today. There was thought, effort and she communicated a side of her personality we haven't quite seen before. Her singing was by far the best. Her short visit with her mom has certainly given her the boost she needed.
Mohamed's evaluation was passable, but definitely lackluster compared to his previous evaluations. His sang correctly, but not with his full voice and the song he wrote and composed was good enough to save the day for him.

i think that the eval was very good .even if i diddnt watch it i can tell that sally is a nomenie and that shes going home. its not that i dont like sally its just that she can tell that she is the worst person in the academy now and so does every body else.Amal is probibly gonna be a nommenie because she is not important any more and because there are more people who hate her than like her i thin that she sells her self th short and i hate the fact that she thinks shes better than all the other girls.tina was so out of breath and she picked the wrong song i felt like she diddnt practice at all.the nommenies are

It's very disheartening to read the comments posted attacking certain students for their voting choices. I can see if someone does not like a person's personality or his/her voice, but it's quite unfair to attack them for their choices. I mean this is not a popularity contest. Your my friend so i vote for you. What happened to you have a good voice, and thus, I will vote for you!! I respect Ali so much, because he did not succumb to the solidarity created by the boys in the academy. He realized that he should make his own choice without the others' influence. So what if he voted for amal? is it because he's a guy that he should for another guy? I think that's pretty sexiest if you ask me. He has his own right to choose who he thinks deserves to stay, and in this case, he chose amal given that it was her first time a nominee. Also, let's not forget taht Imed was saved by his friends last week. So in all fairness, he was given his chance. In addition, tina and sally were not forced to make their choices.It was up to them. Sally made her choice on her own. I did not see amal coming to her begging for her vote. If she thinks imed deserves it more, then she should have voted for him. I don't like how she's moping post-prime regretting her decision. I feel bad for amal. Sally voted for her b/c she didn't want her to feel that she didnt get a star. can you blame Ali for saying that he doesn't need any of the students' votes. The SMS message was clearly very rude and irritating. If someone wrote to me telling me I'm not loyal and no one will vote for me. Of couuse, I would be annoyed. I don't blame the students when they are irritated by the SMS messages, and when they reply in a not-so-diplomatic way. The messages out there are extremely harsh devoid of objectivity and rationale. My heart goes out to the candidates for enduring such brutal messages every week. It's definitely tough, and most of them are very young. I can't imagine being placed in their positions. I don't care if people don't like the candidates, but the audience should be aware of the fact taht these are human beings with real emotions.

One question: how do you know Ali voted for the reason you stated. WE don't know his intentions.

On another note, I hope the candidates stay strong and crack under pressure since it's getting pretty intense at this stage.

Why are you blaming and attacking Amal so much, just because Emad had left and she returned back to the academy? It's not her fault that students voted for her against Imad. I am a big fan of Imad and I missed him so much but that does not mean that Amal is the cause. Amal is a nice person with big heart and great voice. she is true potential but she's human as well. She talked about Sally because she felt betrayed but her best friend instaed of saying to her that we're going to support and get you back she told instead that give me your phone number because she wants her out. That was really clear on her behavior afterwards. We all supported Sally when she was nominee just because she is Amal's and Imad's best friend but her last attitude is weird.You're blaming amal and you're saying that she's a backstabber but everyone in the academy is a backstabber. 1. Amal: is the best no matter what any1 says. those that talk about her in a bad way use r just jealous cause she is a great performer, she sings well and shes the 1 that makes the prime awesome. The primes the past couple of weeks hav been quite borin apart from josephs performance because amal hasnt been singing that much. And she is not a backstabber she is just saying what she feels. and that is true that sally and tina voted 4 her cause they thought imad was comin bak 4 sure. 2. Ali : the best personality he is very straight forward and mature. Good on him, he made the right choice. 3.Shada: U go girl she has the best voice and is very fair when it comes to the voting. She has a strong personality and i wouldnt mind her winning at all. Mr best voice of the academy.

4. Marwa: got a beautiful voice and i really am starting to like her now cause her personality is changing for the better. I wont mind her winning either she is a hard worker that always works well. 5. Ahmed: i didnt used to like him much but he is also changing now. Hes a good friend to all the candidates but he needs a push in his singing. Mr muscle!

Tina and Carlo: use r just hanging in there for me. i dont understand Carlo sumtimes his nice and sometimes hes a peanut. i find him abit sexist towards girls he always votes 4 the boys just cause there boys. thats sooooo stupid! Tina is jealous of amal cause tina cant sing arabic and amal is a better dancer then her. And she really annoys me when she sits with mohommed. i think they both like each other. The best eval this week was from Marwa, mashallah she sang the songs with a great voice, and she did a great act ! the very first time that I see Marwa so serious!!! perfect! I think she will be the the top 1 if she continue like this.

The worst eval was from Amal, Sally and Ahmed. Amal sang very bad in arabic and than she sang very, very bad in Englisch, she couldn't speak the words well!!!
Sally and Ahmed where as usual....
