The annual “Hala Febrayer” Festival held in Kuwait has come again and this year looks to be like one of the best years ever. Between February 28th and March 15th, the Arab world’s brightest (and mostly Rotana affiliated) stars will illuminate the Kuwaiti stage. The event will be aired exclusively on Rotana and the performance schedule goes as follows:

can anyone confirm if really amr diab coming to Kuwait? i really wanna know and i wanna go..and where these concrts will be held?
Yes ,Amr Diab will be singing in Kuwait on 15.3 and tickets are still available for 10 KD per person
I was hoping that Mohamed Hamaki will be singing at hala february,he is most popular in Kuwait now.Im really very disapointed that he didnt have concert here
