Ahmad really did not desereved to be in the top 4. Their are better voices in the academy then him, e.g. Amal, Marwa, Shada and even dany who now left us :(((((. Amal sang very well, when Michel was playing on the and Shada did well when she sang Baghdad :), I was estoniched by both girls. Imad and Carlo are both good.

Tina deserves to be top1. She's amazing on the stage and her performance in the last prime was fantastic.
But I can't understand why Ahmed is between them and Shada and Mohammed are out of Top4. Marwa couldn't be between top4 because Madam Mery choosed her as a nominee this week.

i mean look who once again dominated...tina tina tina tina shada shada shada shada shada...far out! all night these two girls were on stage...while girls like AMAL only sang a few words and then was finally allowed to sing her song right at the end...just to commnet that AMALS song, that she created, is absoloutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! omg i want it on CD!!!!she sang it very well and she was bursting with emotion and love...dont you agree with me? seriously AMAL should get more stage time...they don't lets her shine...also she looked marvelous today in her blue dress ...ashame we didnt see her much...ALSO AYOUB????/ WHAT happened to him...i mean hello hes a contestant to, doesnt he atleast deserve to sing a few words????? omg i don't know about anyone else but i am absolutely sick from Tina and Shaza!!!!! Comments on the Top 4:
4) Ahmed
Don't get me wrong, I like this guy. But he is not that talented in comparison to others in the Academy. He is highly over-rated and the Academy focuses on him more than the other students. The only reason being is, the story of the love triangle. It's the big buzz that everyone is speaking about. Let's face it without him there would be no big story that would keep people interested in Star Academy. Therefore, he is more about entertainment than talent.
3) Carlo
Great voice but a not such a great attitude at time. He needs to sort himself out. But there is no question about it, he does have such a great voice. Good to see him up there.
2) Imad (Yes!!!!)
He too has a great voice. He doesn't get a lot to do on the live shows but, he makes the most of what he has got. Nice character. I am so happy for him. He's one of my favourites, if you hadn't worked that out.
I liked him from the very first prime. I also liked Marwa and Shada - beautiful strong voices. But where are they on the list?
1)Tina (?!?)
Niether Marwa nor Shada were on the list! Last week, everyone was speaking about Shada and her performance - saying how amazing she was. But, last week, everyone was also speaking about Tina and her performance - unfortunately, many of which were negative.
Therefore, I'm not too sure where the common sense lies here. (puzzled*)
Don't get me wrong, I like Tina, but the "London Bridge" performance was a little dreadful. It seemed too desperate. I thought she could have actually got away with speaking the words instead of singing them.
I hope the next time, it would be a song that she can sing and show off her vocals. Because that song did no justice for here.

Today prime wasn’t great compared to the previous prime. Shaza deserves to be the one who gets Top 1, to be honest Shaza’s voice is the greatest voice in this season and she deserves to be on the top every week. Last week she wasn’t there and this week I just don’t understand why Tina????????? Please don’t get me wrong I like this girl but her voice is not the best “Shaza, Marwa and Amal their voices are way better than Tina. But we know that star Academy is not fair all the time. The one they like “I mean Madam Rola likes will win the top!!!
Dany hard luck…I wish you all the best your voice is amazing… it is way better than Ali, Ahmad and even Carol…but it is a game “your existence in the Academy will affect their dole Tina thus they have to eliminate you to give their dole a better chance to shine and win!!!

Tina seems to have a severe nasal problem.. she often has to take a deep breath .. but she is a good "Show" girl .
My top 4 for this week would have been-
1. Shaza(oh come on she sang beautifully last week I recorded it and listened like 50 times). She always sings perfectly.
2. Tina (she also did very well last week and is a hard worker).
3. Ayoub (he did great last week with his solo and spanish song).
4. Mohammad (I personally would put this guy in just about every weeks top 4, and he did great).
I totally agree with those who think Shaza should have been top 1 this week. To add insult to injury, she was completely bumped off the top 4. I guess there must be a reason for overlooking her. Ahmed shouldn't be in the top 4 this week at all, and although Tina had it coming, because of all the vast efforts she exerts to outdo herself and she did do well in the London Bridge tableau (a bit out of breath, but still ok), but she could've gotten it any other week. Shaza's time was definitely now and it's totally unfair that she was completely ignored after two incredible primes and a the best evaluation of the whole lot.
I totally believe she's the one to beat this year. The girl's got incredible talent and dedication that should carry her the full distance.
AMAL is very smart , she tries to improve her performance every prime. GOOD LUCK AMAL we want another starac like rajaa (X FACTOR) AND hanaa .. keepp on .. WE LOVE YOU

Mohamed kammah not in the top 4? what ? whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? did you see his evaluation this week? this man is amazing. Also shazaa? i was dreaming and day dreaming about her song with fodel last week and her amazing singing. marwa should also be inthere. carlooo nooooooooo and ahmed nooooooooo. carlo is overated also and i am pretty sure he has connections and thats why he is still in the academy because the boy doesnt know how to sing arabic
The top 4 this week were a little ridiculous. Not what expected at all.
Tina
I'm not sure why or how the london bridge performance was the main trigger of Tina getting to the top 1 this week. I personally thought it was awful and even painful to watch. I think maybe the popularity of the song (especially that it's a recent song from the west) is what made the performance so appealing to some people. But in reality, Tina was out of breath most of the time and it almost felt like she was speaking the words rather than singing them, and at times maybe even shouting them. That performance didn't deserve top 1 stand in comparison to Shaza'z performance in "my way" last prime.
Don't get me wrong, i love Tina as a person and she is one of the people i love to watch on the dailies. But in all honesty, her voice needs a lot of improvment if she wants to make it in the arab world musical industry. The girl has so much trouble singing in arabic, more so than anyone else in the academy this year. Even though she tries her best (and i greatly respect that) her voice just never suits arabic singing and she is always out of breath. Her effrt is appreciated of course, but this is an arab star academy after all, knowing how to sing well in arabic is kind of a requirement lol.
Imad
This guy is amazing. His voice is good and sometimes even great. He still needs to work more on it when he is singing low notes but still he seems to have it under good control. However, his character is probably the most appealing thing about him. He shows just the right emotions when singing, he doesnt over do it (like Tina) or under do it (like Ali and azouz). His charisma just shines wherever he is and he really knows how to put his character into good use whether by being creative in evaluations or by just his interactions with others. He knows how to critique other right without being rude and at the same time while giving them the right advice. Totally unselfish.
Carlo
I hated him in the begining. He was just rude and very isolated from the rest. His voice is amazing nonetheless. True, he sounds so much better when he sings in english but his arabic singing is still under control and he is improving very well in it. Also, his character has been slowly changing week by week. He is moreintegrated with the group now and seems to even bring more fun into the academy. He is also becoming a gentleman with the girls (shocker isn't it? lol)
Ahmed
He confuses me, seriously. Sometimes he is really good and other times he is really just awful. He is trying his best to improve but im not really seeing any change. I really dont know but i seriously can't see any change from like 2 weeks ago and now. He is still singing the same way, sometimes off key...sometimes just flat with no emotions...others actually really good. I dont mind him getting to top 4 but the fact that he is been in top 4 in 3 consecutive weeks while others who deserve it more (at least in my opinion: Shaza, mohamad, marwa) have been totally pushed to the side..i find that just very troubling and it's almost making me dislike him through no fault of his own.

Put yourselves in Ali's shoes and you'll know what's it like to be ignored by the teachers. And most imporatnt, Ahmed worked hard and that's why he's in the Top 4, you reject Khaleeji students like every year and if somebody insults one of your people you go nuts! Just grow up and leave him alone unless if you're jealous of his popularity and he's not like Carlo the snob. Mohamed seems to be going backwards because of his love for Tina.
I've been watching this this year's star academy from the start and here's my impression about this year's group:
-Mohammed: a musical genius with a great voice (best male voice, imo) and a cool, if slightly bland/introverted, character.
-Sally: the best dancer of the group, by far. Her problems are lack of self confidence and an average voice.
-Marwa: great voice in the high registers, average every where else. She has the mannerisms of a 5 year old and no character to speak of.
-Amal: a quiet, dignified and sentimental girl with an above average voice. To my eyes, she's the best looking girl in the academy!
-Tina: there seems to be a desire to make Tina the star this year, even if that means shoving her into our faces 10 times per prime! She's a delicat, seemingly smart person, but I find her voice annoying, like it's a cross between a male/female voice, and her dancing is average at best.
-Shaza: the best voice in the academy, male or female, and a good stage presence, but that's where he talent ends. I also feel she's not the nicest person to have around (she enjoyed the "authority" she was given over Marwa's diet a little bit too much imo!)
-Imad: a very cool guy with a very decent voice and a cleaning freak! Would make some lucky girl a great husband, lol :)
-Ahmed: I feel he's a little boy in a big man's body in every thing he says or does. That's probably why he's more compatible with Marwa than Amal :) He sings like he's in the middle of a yawn, which, in turn, makes me want to yawn when I hear him! Should've been gone LONG ago!
-Azouz: Another man child, but better voice than Ahmed (though still average). He has curious effiminate mannerisms, especially when trying to be funny, that don't do him any favors.
-Ali: decent voice, but zero stage presence. He can also play the lute, which is a plus.
-Ayoub: funny and kind-hearted guy. Good on the guitar and has a decent voice.
-Danny: too bad this guy left! Great voice (right up there with Mohamed), great stage presence and an all around talented guy. Too bad his nerves got the best of him during the evaluations..
My pick for the winner this year? Ding..ding...ding..ding.... Mohamed Kammah!
Oops, forgot Carlo, but for a good reason; he didn't leave any impression on me! All I have to say about his is that he has a decent voice and sings reasonably well both in arabic and english.
Also, while -like I said- I think Mohamed Kammah should win, it looks like the academy is hell-bent on making Tina (or maybe Shaza) the winner this year.
