The prime began with a song by Lebanese singer Carole Smaha, accompanied by Tina & Marwa.
This time the nominees came out quickly ... After which the French singer -of Tunisian origin- Laam came out & performed along side Iman, Carlo & Tina.
The next tableau was a fantastic vision of Spain ... Dani & Carlo snag the famous song Viva Espana.
George El Rasi was up next, he sang one of his songs with Shatha, Mohammad & Amal by his side. I always thought George would perform well on stage, but his voice wasn't as good as it usually sounds in his songs ...
As for Friend of The Week, this time it was Tina who received the title! & she got a surprise video message from her boy friend Rabi' , with whom she's going to meet later.
Tina as actually showing the world what a nice & hard working girl she is with each passing day ... I didn't like her much at the beginning, but now I do!
It was surprise next to see & hear Iman singing in Russian! She performed well, & the costumes made the performance perfect!
Laam was up again, she sang with Shatha & Amal this time around.
It was time to reveal the Top 5 for this week ... It turns out that Amal is on top! She won a 2-day trip to Venice ... Hmmm, lucky Amal!
Carole Smaha appeared on stage & sang her popular song 'awa'a el Shuhra' ... I really like that song!
Ali, Ayoub & Ahmad came up to sing together ... & just after them Carole Smaha came up again & sang alongside Marwa, Shurouq & Sally.
Killing Me Softly is one of the best songs ever, Carlo & Laam performed it with Michel on the Piano ...
The end was near & it was time to reveal who the audiences voted for more ... Turns out Abdulaziz from Kuwait got most of the votes by far! ... So, it was either Nelly to Dani who was going to return to the academy tonight! ... The students chose Dani ... & Nelly -who has been a nominee for 4 times now- leaves the program.

I guess the results are okay, I would have prefered Danny to get the votes but it's time for Nelly to go. Danny did amazing in his nominee song while Nelly and Azouz did bad. Danny was too good to be nominee. Ahmed is interesting so he is getting special treatment despie his horrible voice. Amal deserved number 1 because she is doing well lately. The guests were al bad... Carol used to be good and now she's all lacking in respectability and all. Okay prime over all.

Ali forgot lyrics, Shorouq sounded like an old record set on the wrong turntable speed - totally off key. Imane was out of tune in the French song with Laam. George El Rassi was off key as well and pretty much got the song off to a bad start for the other three people with him. There was an obvious sound problem, but that didn't have anything to do with the fact that he sounded really bad - did the guy swallow a goat before he took the stage? Ahmed isn't all that good a singer. He's there because he's considered "hot" right now, but that's not going to keep him there very long unless he gets his act together. What I'm wondering is why Mohamed, Ali and Emad don't get more stage time. We've been seeing tons of Carlo, Tina, Shaza, Marwa, Amal and Ahmed - less of Sally, Imane, Ayoub and Dany and very little of the three afore mentioned guys. What's the deal there? Marwa has a good voice, but looked really horrible on stage today - almost as bad as she did in the yellow "Chorus Line" tux. She looked like the "Goodyear" blimp and made it worse when she tried to dance next to Carole Samaha -- her moves were far from graceful and looked heavy and labored. She may find herself in serious trouble because of her weight particularly after the incident yesterday when she was caught (by Rola Saad) digging into a second piece of cake (off some discarded plate - yuk!!) while thinking she was off camera. Abdel Aziz had better shape up if he wants to avoid being named again, but with singing like tonight's he'll probably wind up packing up his gear again Thursday night. Nelly's departure was for the best. She need not go through more humiliation and/or became an object of audience hatred for being the sole reason some of the more deserving students get kicked off the show. Good luck to her. I hope Dany learned a valuable lesson this week. He worked himself up yelling at Saly and causing her to break down before the evaluation and ended up botching his own. He should stay focused on the business at hand and not side issues and work on the weaker aspects of his performance. Anyway, I'm glad he came back. Of all three, he was definitely the best. All in all, this prime didn't turn out as well as it should have. I love Carole Samaha and don't believe the program did someone of her status enough justice.

gooooooooo amal, she is simply the best aside from her obsession with that Ahmed guy. i loved that girl from the beginning but these days i'm trying so hard not to hate her. if someone doesn't love you that is it, end of story. she has to get it through that thick skull of hers besides hasn't she ever heard of the fact that guys like girls who doesn't give that much attention to them. and i bet that if she hadn't been that persistent on him, he would have been the one following her around like a dog who hears its snack bell!!!!!!!!!! she is the most beautiful girl in the academy with a killer smile and any guy would be crazy not to like her.

It was an amazing prime. Yet, results were kind of shocking. After it has been already decided that Nelly was leaving, some of the remaining students continues to vote for Danny anyway. Tina was great although she didnt get any of her mind blowing solos, she still did well in the spanish medley, she and Sally looked amazing!! Great surprise from Mme. Rola for Tina :) And she also got second place in the top 5!! I think this prime shpuld be nicknamed Tina's finest hour. LOL!! :)

i read today an interview in the lebanese star magazine, and she says that she is ready to make her new song, and she acted in one episode of the series "fadi wa radi" which is a lebanese comedian series which acts in it Fadi Indraos, and she says that she has no problem with rola saad and they always meet and they are "mettef2een ma3 ba3ed" and she said that her relationship with joseph is improving and she may have a duet with Fulla, or Walid Samara, or Joseph, and she also said that she may not Sure but if she finishes her song soon she may sing in a starac.4 prime, she also said that she always meets joseph, wajdi, fadi, walid, issa. and in this magazine in this issue they interviewed Maya who i hate a lot, and she said that she isn;t in love with wajdi and fadi!!

They got everyone pizza and they divided the pizza's among themselves. They all had the same amount, Marwa ate a piece of her amount of pizza before oussama comes, and then after he left she wanted to continue it, its fair, isn't it? then Shaza comes to marwa and says "you are other pizzas and you ate pizza 4 times ..." but everyone eyewitnessed that shaza was wrong and marwa was eating her amount of pizza, shaza said that marwa ate shorouq's pizza, but shorouq came and said that its not right and that she ate her pizza and marwa didn't touch the others pizza. Then shaza started shouting and screaming, and then marwa put the dish on the table and went to the room without eating, after that there was a sport competition at night with Wael. Shaza and sally were arguing most of the students, coz most of the students saw that marwa was right, i didn't understand why then marwa began to cry, and she went up with amal and shorouq so they were telling her that she is right.
I am with Marwa, she is right, although i like Shaza, but Marwa is the best in starac.4

I saw that too. Shatha was yelling at Marwa and treating her like a child for having two slices of pizza for dinner because of her diet. Not only that, she yelled at Danny, Emad and Shorouk and asked them to mind their own business when they were just trying to calm her down then Abdel Aziz took her to the girls' room. But it was cruel of her to scream at Marwa over the pizzas.
i agree with u shatha sometimes acts abit momish(if u c what i mean), but she is a very kind, talented lady, plus she did the pizza incident for marwa's sake, she is not gonna lose anything if marwa puts on another 10 kilo's and become 76kg(she was 68kg in the prime that maysoun left, the chocolate weighing time).

Seems that Mdm Roula had entrusted in Shatha to watch over Marwa if she over eats and Shatha took the matter too seriously like she was running a company , and she suspected that Marwa was over eating and wanted to stop this :however Shatha may have been meaning well, BUT, she acted in a a very bossy and unfriendly manner >
I always thought that Shatha is a strong contentder to be a star but after her negative attitude with Ayoub and now with Marwa and Sharouq and others, i dont think she is worth voting for even is she is the best singer ..
Amani two years ago lost to Hisham mostly because of her negative attitude , and i think Shatha will lose to Marwa mainly cause of her negative attitude ..
