The prime was started off by the dancing group who entered the stage dressed in red & white Christmas outfits, which were perfect for the holidays.
The students came out immediately to sing the official Starac 4 song 'Hero' & they too were dressed in red & white.
Hilda entered the stage from above, from inside a huge gift box, she too was dressed in a cute red & white dress.
The first portrait was of snow & an igloo -which looked so cute-! A Sean Paul song mixed in with 'All I want for x-mas' which was performed by Tina & Intisar. Personally, I thought Tins did a better job at singing than Intisar.
Hilda had already changed into a black & pink satin shirt & black leggings, she then presented the nights first guest, pop star Rami Ayach. He came out in his usual white suit & sang ... With him sang Mohammad from Egypt & Amal from Morocco.
Then it was the nominees -Nelly, Khaled & Maysoon- turn to appear on stage & perform. The three of them performed at the same level, basically no one of them was better than the other!
The second portrait of the night was a dancing tableau with a Scottish theme ... Bag pipes, quilts & all!
The 4 cats then took the stage & sang 'Eddonia Hek' with Nelly & Sally.
Moroccan student Iman's turn was up to show what she's got by performing ... Not alone of coarse, but with Iraqi student Shatha & Amal again.
The third portrait was a group song performed by all the students. A calm song about the sky, the spirit & faith ... It was very peaceful.
The students of Star Academy 4 then received video messages from their fellow students in Star Academy France & Star Academy India ... Which was very encouraging for the girls & guys.
The 4 cats appeared again, this time singing 'Antar' with 4 girls from the Academy ... But it seems there was some sort of glitch when The Bahraini student Shorouq began singing, because she was speaking into the mic, but no sound was coming out! I guess that's the fault of the guys responsible for the sounds & mics at LBC!
I didn't expect that from the first week there would be a Top 5! But there was ... & the number one student this week was Ayoub from Oman ... He won a trip to Austria! Lucky him!
Rami ayach then too to the stage, with him sang Carlo, Dani & Imad ... The song is a cute song entitled 'Bint El Jiran'.
Shatha then sang from a top a huge moon! With stars & clouds & silver confetti all over her ... Suddenly appeared Marwa from behind & also sang a calm tune from the famous Rahbani splendors!
As for the newest title this season, 'Friend of the week' it was won by the Kuwaiti student Ahmad ... & thus he earned two hours during the coming week, where he could take time-out & leave the academy for an outing!
It was time for the multi talented students of the academy to sing & play! Ayoub, Khaled & Mohammad played the guitar, Ali played the oud & Dani played the drums ... As for Ahmad & Abdulaziz, they sang 'Mashkalni' by Rashid Al Majid.
After a report about Bahraini student Shorouq, Rami ayach performed a slow & romantic song, which was his last this prime.
The end was near, & there was room left for one more tune ... The students sang 'Feed The World' accompanied by the piano tunes of Michell.
As for the results, before they came in & it was the longest minute for the nominees, Hilda & the audience ... The student to be saved by the voters was Maysoon from Egypt ...As for Khaled & Nelly, their fellow students had to chose between them ... It was a close call, but the one to get the most votes was Nelly ...
Khaled is so unlucky ... Especially because he's leaving in the first week! ... Good Luck Khaled

Is it just me or is Tina the only good Lebanese contestant this year? I didn't like Carlo men awal nazra. He has a good voice but he is ma'3roor, and I don't like his attitude. I think the results were fair. Khaled was handsome but he had no talent but playing the guitar. Allysar(dance teacher) even said that Khaled is the weakest one in the academy. I am lebanese but i wanted Maysoon to win by the audience because if khaled did, nelly would have left. This staracademy is awesome. Intisar is ok but when it comes to her english singing, i just wanna run away. Tina had better english, especially when she sang all i want for christmas. Shada is pretty and she has a really beautiful voice. Have u noticed everyyear, there is one person with a strong and good voice.

I was upset at the way some members of the audience booed at Mohamed, Emad, Ahmed and Abdel Aziz for choosing Khaled instead of Nelly when he actually deserved to stay because he's much more talented, can play three different instruments and studied music before siging up for Star Academy 4. Good luck to Khaloodi, he'll always be a star and nobody can deny his great voice and politeness, and congratulations to Ayoub for reaching the Top 1 and getting a trip to visit Austria where he grew up, and of course Ahmed for being the best friend of the week because he proved to be such a wonderful person. :)

after last nites prime, i went to bed soo angry. when the students were voting for who they wanted to stay in, they were voting according the country they came from! (for example, carlo voted for nelly JUST cause she's from lebanon) what's more, when someone voted for khaled, the audience screamed "BOOOO". i was SO MAD. i'm half egyptian & half lebanese, but i wanted khaled to win. nelly sucks. she SUCKS. khaled is way better than her & deserved to stay.
i'm starting to think that star academy is battle of the countries. something must be done.

Well, The prime was adorable . In my point of view !! I guess LBC gave the votes for Maysoun to cover what they did to hani last year . Egypt is 70, million where will all these votes go to if they people in egypt arent watching staracademy . Well am not sure about it but i kinda feel it this way .. About the results!! CONRAGUTLAAAATIONS MAYSOUNNNNN i was sure u will be back . I really like ur character u r adorable . Great prime, i realy loved it, specialy when khaled left! i was happy for maysoun, she is cute...but in this nomination i wa realy supporting nelly, she is lebanese and i am lebanese and she is sweet, cute and talented. I respect lebanon w/ every country. im not even egyptian either im lebo, maghrebi and palestinian and french. im only 1/8 egyptian. but i live in the us. from wat i kno tho gives me the rite to say egypt is outstanding. i have things to back it up like the international cinema fest, world cup, tourism, artists, science and more. Ohmygod!!! Egyptians arent sick or lebanese. Its just that like shadi said sometimes we do get over confident. This is really stupid and im sorry for firing this up. i kno that egyptians are extremly humble and kind and so are lebanese. I am actually a fourth lebanese and an eight egyptian and i still like both nations. To tell you the truth i have to admit this but lebanon and egypt are twin countries. maghreb and tunisisa are twin countries and kuwait and saudia are twin countries. There would be no star academy if there was no arab unity not just egypt or khaleeg. True that some countries particitpate more than others but in the end its a team thing. I hope so Rima, Carlo was rude and bossy on that night when the students decorated the Christmas tree and he told some of them not to help in the decorating because he and Ahmed and Emad carried it all the way upstairs. It's obvious he's imitating Fadi through his relationship with girlfriend.
If Carlo is nominated, I hope he leaves ASAP! But overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the personalities this season...no one really sticks out with the exception of Maysoon cuz she's really sweet. And also, I hate it when during the voting when the cast members say, "I'll vote for so-and-so because he's from my country" then it just becomes too predictable and no longer depends on talent, no?
