Well it looks like trouble is near in the Palestinian territories as Prime Minister Ismael Haniya's convoy came under fire killing one of his bodyguards.
Almost immediately, Hamas accused rivals Fatah of attempting the failed assassination. Riots then broke out which saw clashes between Fatah and Hamas supporters which have claimed dozens of casualties.
Today marks the 19th anniversary of Hamas' establishment as large crowds gather in Gaza where the PM will make a speech.
High tensions and grave consequences hover around the Palestinian territories as much more trouble is expected.
Hopefully, the two rival groups will be able to settle off their differences in a meeting room and off the streets.
I just don't understand how easy it can be for Arabs to fight each other and take their focus off the real enemy. All it takes is a spark and we’re at each other’s throats!
Hamas spokesman Ismail Radwan had earlier said the attack at Rafah was "an assassination attempt carried out by traitors led by Mohammad Dahlan".
Let's hope this doesn't get out of hand.
