I love Seinfeld! I think it's the best and most down to earth comedy ever made. I can't stop watching it as I own every single season released so far.
My favorite character has to be, without a doubt, Kramer, as I'm sure lots of people agree too. But Kramer has taken a stroll down the wrong path!
His recent racist remarks could end his career, not to mention a total boycott of Seinfeld! The Reverend Jesse Jackson called for a boycott Monday of the latest Seinfeld DVD, a way of exacting economic punishment for Richards' racist meltdown.
The three-time Emmy award-winner used the N-word at black men who were interrupting his stand up act.
"Its roots are rooted in hatred and pain and degradation," Jackson told a Los Angeles press conference. "And whether it's hatred toward African-Americans or whether it's self-hatred, a concession toward it is still wrong."
I didn't even believe it when I heard that Kramer, of all people, could say racist things to anyone. But when I saw the video, it's unmistakable! I couldn't believe what I was watching. How on earth did he say those things, I still don't know.
Even though Kramer's career might be over, it doesn't really matter since doing stand ups at The Laugh Factory would only degrade his life even further.

i am too a very huge fan on Seinfeld. ive watched every episode aired and even though some are repeated, i still lmao! XD.... please someone, do put in the link where he did say the racist remarks... thank you!! XD

ITS COMEDY....comedy has no boundaries. It's all out and offensive. People yell racism every chance they get when they don't realize its all in good humor.Calling kramer racist is rediculous. relax and take a joke. I hate people who can't take jokes at their own expense.
Michael Richards apologized for his racist remarks at that comedy club in L.A. and he looked very sincere when he said that he wanted to speak to the two African Americans hecklers before they left the place. I hope this incident won't ruin his career for good, after all he will always be remembered as Cosmo Kramer the funniest guy on Sienfeld.
You can see his evil he has been hiding all his life on Google Video. That racist SOB! I used to be a fan, but this guy has COMPLETELY lost all respect. When I show my dad (and my dad LOVE'S the Kramer character), he'll hate him too. I am neither white nor black, but like the guy in the audience yells back at him, "THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR!" Oprah should do a show on this and SMASH this guy's reputation.

There still going on races every country especially in u.s. Most white people now being violently at blacks. They hate dark skin /. one white girl in my class mate talking to her friend about the black girl’s hair cause is not straight.
Apparently Mel Gibson is a fan :), and he does not believe Richards'career will be over.

As far as the incident? No I don't like the things coming from his mouth at all. It was awful...

But at the very same time, he was being severely heckled. They had no right to heckle him and expect him not to be upset.
Lets say the roles were reversed. If the roles were reversed, it would have not recieved the same kind of criticism in the media. It would have been considered plain old funny comedy if he was a black man and the hecklers were white guys harassing him.
Alot of people are responding to what happened with hatred on both sides of the coin on various forums online etc...

They should not have heckled him.
The things he said to the jerk hecklers were wrong...but they had no right to do that to him in the first place.
They showed up behaving like ignorant jerks, and were treated as ignorant jerks...regardless of their color...
