An Egyptian estate agent was surprised to have a visit from non other than Tunisian star Saber Al Rubai asking him to sell his recently purchased luxurious apartment that he bought for $450,000 in the Zamalik area of Cairo. When Saber first bought the house, he was really happy to find some famous actors and actresses living in the same building like Hala Sidqi.

His happiness wasn't meant to last.

After he bought the apartment he was surprised to discover that a terrible accident had happened in that very same apartment. A huge fire broke out killing the wife of the previous owner.
The husband decided never to set foot in the apartment ever again so he sold it as soon as he could. And since none of the local people would buy it, Saber walked right into the trap.
Now he's stuck with an expensive apartment in a high-class district of Cairo with artists living next door.
Forgive me if I don't cry him a river.

What more could he ask for?
