in the very begining of the war on lebanon, i posted an article concerning the Maghreb staracademy 1 and i suggested a poll whether it will succeed like staracademy lebanon or no. unfortunately, at that time the article didn't get its full chance to be discussed because of the horrible war on our brothers.
