After much doubt and questioning, star academy 4 is definitely on. LBC TV is finally airing the commercials asking candidates to audition.
It seems a lot of people were worried that their favorite TV program won't air this year but finally we're going to relive the magic for the fourth year in a row. LBC TV has reassured us once again that Lebanon is a great country and despite a war they will still air the show that is uniting Arab youth.

Talking about unity is going too far. It achieves the opposite actually. A ridiculous program taken so seriously by youngsters and in some cases by supposedly mature people. A bunch of self absorbed, fame seeking attention hungry group people with mediocre talent(in most cases not all), who strutt around pretending to convince us that there is an actual message they are trying to send to the Arab world.
Well Lebanon is a great country, but I am surprised that the LBC TV is actually going ahead with this program at this time especially. They could have thought of an educational program that has contestants from around the Arab world, I know it is not going to be as popular or even slightly popular, but hell has more aim and more of a message.
Well I know people need an outlet where they could have some light fun and forgo reality for a few hours, however Starac is a program that seems to create tension among silly people who are so senseless and fanatical about their favourite contestants is that they forget the real aim of the program, which is nothing really. A revenue making machie.

Ah true that was a negative message. I suppose live and let live should apply, it does not mean that the program is not silly and the brainless people who take it seriously are less silly. However I am in a better mood today, the world is a lovelier place (yeah right). Bihbak ya libnan ya watani...
ANy one who thinks the war is over MUST be STUPId..this is only a starter..its quietened now BUT israel will never pull down or loose..GOOD LUCK TO THE THOUGHTLESS PEOPLE WHO WILL APPLY TO STARAC 4 TO SING AND DANCE..when children are dying/have died in LEBANON (out of all places to have starac in after this summer!! UNBELIVABLE!

Star academy its a program for the teenagers, its silly and stupid and also a waste of money, specially at this time. I really feel sorry for the people who lost everthing in their lives, their homes, their belongings, and the loved one, and no one cares, they just collecting money to do such a silly program, intead of wasting the money on dancing and singing, u should look around on those children who r dancing on the rackage of their homes and crying begging for a piece of bread, what a shame Lebanon, we should ask ourself if we deserve what happened to us or learn a lesson to be united.
