This is not a time to be calling each other names and blaming one another. We may all have different opinions on this issue but there is only one truth. Hezbollah are protecting their country against a potential aggressor that has terrorized the region for so long. No arab country has ever tried too eradicate them either because they were too afraid or because they had secretly formed an alliance with them. Hizbollah (not even a country) has bravely stood in their faces. They are not just fighting for Lebanon but for the whole Middle East too has lost too much because of Israel. Israel withdrew from Lebanon in 2000 so virtually we were not anymore under Israeli occupation. Don't give me the crap about the Shebaa farms that are a part of the Golan, and hence Syrian territories.
2 - An overview of the three "Lebanese" prisonners the Hizbullah ruinder our country for:
* Samir Kuntar: In 1978 this 16 year old Communist (who does not believe in God) crossed the borders to Israel and killed an innocent civilian family breaking the skull of a 4 year old baby with his rifle. A great hero indeed.
* Nassim Nisr: Lebanese father and a JEWISH Mother which earned him the Israeli citizenship (Wow we ruined the country for a jew). He was sentenced for 6 years in prison and he will be out in two years. So have patience Mr. Nasrallah.
* Yehya Skaff: an activist of the SSNP, a fascist organization who do not recognize the sovereignty of Lebanon and want to integrate it in greater Syria.
So this whole war was to free a communist, a jew and an anarchist.
So much for ideals and manliness.
The Iranian revolutionary guards were the ones who were fighting on the fronts, the hizbullah fighters were shooting from their ratholes in their villages.
At the end hundreds are killed, half of the country lies in ruins, economy is dead and surprise! The Israelis are once again inside Lebanon.

This is the reason for why we have hezeb alla ya fsk, we dont want our country to be a second Palestine, just like u dont want it to turn into another Iraq/Palestine. The difference between Kuwait and Lebanon IS that we in Lebanon defend ourselves while Kuwait has to depend on US to "save them". Sure, Lebanon lost a lot during this war adn ofcourse its sad. But every war is like this. Dont forget what Israel lost too for the first time in their history as occupants. Since 1948!
At least this war managed to:
* Let Israel think twice before walking into Lebanon again
* Another victory for Hezbollah and us Lebanese people.
* Show the world the truth about the illegal state Israel
this war also changed opinions of many people around the world so u people cant say that we the lebanese only lost. If u saw the demonstrations around the world, u'll probably know what im talking about.
