What happened in Qana is horrible of course, but it wasn't intentional. Listen - Hezbollah is throwing rockets at civilians in Israel left and right - it's just luck that not many people have been killed in Israel. But the goal of Hezbollah is to kill as many Israeli women and children as possible... they just haven't had any luck yet.

The Israelis issued warnings few days ago to evacuate civilians from the south. If the Hizbollah were caring and organized enough for their own people, they would have at least provided for their evacuation and not let Lebanese taxis charge thme 1000 dollars for an 80 kilometer trip to Beirut.
